We have been at this facility for a very long time and it improved somewhat when the new owners took over, but it seems now that the bigger price raise. there are weeds all over that that’s not being taken care of as it was in the past and yes, and seem like there’s a lot of potholes And more gravel in the low spots
We still feel very safe having our camper there, but it would be nice for someone to address those problems

I have not had a single issue since Tabler storage has taken over - They have upgraded security, payment options and access to the facility- which is a huge help to me .

I moved in before Tabler bought the Minooka location. So far they haven't been a problem. Payment portal is an improvement over having to venmo the lady previously. They added a nice gate too for security and cameras. Really have no complaints so far. They have been great. I plan on continuing to rent from them. They only increased rent marginally for people grandfathered in.

Tabler storage is a first class facility. Easy access at my convenience at a very fair price! Access to the area is very easy and I feel that our property is damage and/or theft. The area is always very clean and organized.

Was pleasantly surprised at the ease of registering, availability and price. I am still extremely satisfied with the facility and ease of use. Would highly recommend Tabler Storage.

We've stored our trailer here for the last 4 years and never had any concerns. The new owners have done some nice upgrades, but they just raised their prices again and while I understand that may be necessary, we're going to find an alternate place for storage because the price point to park a trailer in an outdoor lot is too high for our budget.

Site feels very secure. I feel very comfortable leaving my camper there only concern I had or some larger potholes in the parking lot. Spoke with customer service on the phone when reserving they were very friendly and helpful.
