I always bring my vehicles here and recently had my suv fixed here and let me inform u katie was good help through the process and they ended up fixing it but they had a little mistake on the front hood and my weather stripping on windshield but after reaching out to andy was very helpful and got it back in and fixed the right way if u want a honest good repair shop I would trust them and recommend them thanks again 😊

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This shop did a subpar repair job. I was rear ended out of state (Morris, IL) on 7/26.. I picked my car up on 10/19. Almost 3 months after the accident. Katie was great for the most part, she did leave me hanging with arrangements for pickup, thankfully I called Friday evening before flying out there Saturday. Andy was less than pleasant to deal with. He pretty much told me that I couldn’t pick my car up if it was between 5-630 because it was an inconvenience to him. However, I had sent my flight arrangements to them at the beginning of the week and no one informed me of this. He did eventually agree to meet me at the shop regardless of how long it took me to get from the airport to the shop. But I definitely felt like I was an inconvenience to him, even though the shop was a huge inconvenience for me keeping my car for 3 months and not even bothering to repair it correctly. The vehicle was clean when it was returned but had a very strong chemical odor (prob from paint). Upon return my gas gauge didn’t work - I informed the shop of this once I was home 9.5 hours away, they let my insurance company know and I was told to take it for diagnostics to a shop. I took it to a local shop where the owner met me after hours to look it over and he determined there were several issues with the repair work. Sealant was missing, bolts were lose, car was out of alignment because the rear suspension was damaged and not fixed. The lift gate also doesn’t match up correctly. My local shop has to redo 70% of the work my insurance company paid Caliber to complete, this is backed by an adjuster through my insurance company. The whole process was an absolute nightmare and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. Unless you want subpar repairs that will lead to damages to your car down the road. Seriously it was brand new when all this happened. It should have came back at least how it was before it was damaged.

Can’t give a zero star review. They drag their feet on repairs, customer service is terrible, and the work they do is complete garbage. Vehicle repairs were not done professionally and will lead to further issues with the vehicle such as alignment, tire issues, rust, etc. The photos show garage welds, nothing properly sealed or waterproofed, and missing fasteners. Highly recommend finding someone else if you need car repairs!

They took their time getting it towed to the shop...took their time fixing it.... then wrecked it pulling it out of their garage. I'll update once I actually get it back ( hopefully with a more positive response) ! As of now I do not recommend, but I do understand that accidents happen. UPDATE- I absolutely DO NOT recommend!! They did over $3k damage to my door when they ran it into the garage, took forever to fix that and then spent hours "detail cleaning" inside and out of my van (pics of AFTER they cleaned) they didn't even wire my door correctly! No more beep beep beep when it open and closes ðŸ˜. I got a comment from the company (see comment section) to email them about my post to "make it right"... nothing was done to do so. My poor van has been through it but hopefully this post saves someone else from the nightmare I experienced!

I can’t even rate them it’s a -10. Gave me my truck back broken door handle, tailgate rubbing, crappy service.i had to give them a 1 star and would not have done that.

Initially dropped my jeep off at the end of June. I was told 5 days. They have since had it for 26 days - it is still not completed. Last update I got before today, said it would be ready on the 17th. Was not informed that it was not ready, until I called to say I was coming to pick it up. Highly recommend using another shop if possible. As it seems they’re bitting off more than they can chew, simply for money at this point.
