It's ok to deposit 15k into their bank as long as you don't ask to use the restroom! "We don't have a public bathroom" really? I have had an account here for 20 years and still can't use the bathroom. This is ridiculous

This bank acts like they are doing you a favor by letting you deposit your money with them. For the 1st three months, my statements were being mailed to a PO Box in some town I'd never heard of. When I called this to their attention; the woman did not apoligize or even agnowledge the fact that they were at fault. This particular bank has all female employees. They can get a little testy with male customers. I lost $1500 from my checking account to a sleazy lawyer before I closed it. When I disputed his withdrawal: I had to deal with East Indians who were working from India. Impossible communication barrier. This bank is too big to satisfy small investors.After making a special trip (30 mi. round trip) to close my account, this Hiedi woman came at me like she wanted to fight. Picturing myself in jail, I left the bank and drove to another branch. I was so happy to escape with my remaining funds. Every time I drive by this bank,( Morris Chase) I get a bad feeling..

Wow. I genuinely have never seen so many negative reviews towards one individual in management. That shows how much they care about their customer experience. All around, I feel as though the customer service at this location is pretty bad. I'm staying away from this chase.

I would like to thank the person or persons who tried to stop my elderly parent from sending cash to a online scammers account, or giving them access to her savings account. She closed her account with Chase and told me the branch was rude to her, but now I really know what went on. She has sent over $1,000 to this online person from another bank!!Thank you Chase, hopefully you will help the next person that gets scammed online ...

Branch manager at this location is extremely unprofessional and just plain rude. We had a problem with our account having a duplicate automatic withdraw. We were laughed at while explaining the situation and then talked down to, told it was the banks money?! My husband told her he wanted to close the account and she said he wasn't allowed to do it, while rolling her eyes. The most ignorant and disrespectful person I've ever met

I only have this bank because my boss uses zelle to send me my check and this is the bank he prefers. It really sucks that even when turning off overdraft protection, they still determine some charges from bills to go through when you don’t have the money, but you can’t go negative at the grocery store if you need to. My point isn’t that you should be able to negative your account whenever you want, but they still choose to cover SOME things and not others even when you select no overdraft protection. It’s a typical bank. They charge you every chance they get and sure make their money. This is why I love credit unions. Never had a problem with any of them. Wish I didn’t have to use them because I wouldn’t. Don’t recommend.

I was actually shocked to see all the bad reviews because I actually like this location better than most in Joliet or Plainfield and it do really be busy like most other branches.

Heidi Patterson is the most rude and unprofessional so called branch manager I have ever encountered. I cannot believe Chase bank has such an ignorant employee working for them. She does not represent Chase bank in a positive manner. After having to go to this branch to close my deceased mother's account I had the most unpleasant experience with her. She was rude, uncaring, and the most ignorant person I have ever encountered at a bank. Even to the point of her referring to my mother as "whatever her name is". I complained to Chase bank's executive office about Heidi Patterson and all I received from them was a message saying they spoke with her and she said she did nothing wrong and they closed the case. I have such little respect for Chase bank and their leadership after this experience with Heidi Patterson if they choose to employ her even though she has a history of this unprofessional behavior.

Went to ATM 8/18 3AM to deposit check. After it sucked my check up a message came up it couldn't accept checks for deposit. Now NO ONE knows where my check is and I can't dial the direct location number but they want me to hold over a half hour to make a claim!!! WTF
