We spoke to salesman Scott and inquired about a specific vehicle. We drove an hour to see and purchase said vehicle. Turns out the vehicle we asked about had already been sold that morning. The first red flag was them not letting us know that this vehicle already sold when they knew we were on our way to check it out. They said the same one was dropped off afterwards which is why they didn’t tell us about the vehicle being sold. We ended up wanting to get the vehicle that was just dropped off but we couldn’t take it home that same day since they had to clean it and inspect it.. ok fine. We paid for the vehicle and were told that it would be delivered to our home on Monday (2 days later). Monday rolls around and we are told theres a stop sale on the vehicle we purchased but they would have it ready within a few days and would keep in touch. I verified that there indeed was a stop sale on the vehicle with GM. A few days pass and theres no communication from the dealership regarding the status of the vehicle. From this point forward the dealership does not even attempt to reach out to us to let us know whats going on. I am the one who had to reach out multiple times and ask what was happening. I spoke to managers Bob & Ryan on multiple occasions over the phone. At one point Ryan decided to look for the same vehicle in neighboring dealerships so we could have a car.. well that wasn’t going to work out since the loan with our bank had already started with the specific VIN of the vehicle we purchased. The dealership continued to say that the vehicle should be ready within a few days or a week. Well a whole month passed by and the vehicle still wasn’t ready. We decided we had enough & drove to the dealership to get a refund and Ryan said he could reach out to us if the vehicle was ready anytime soon.. I just thought lol really, after all this trouble we are not giving these guys our money. They lack accountability and this whole situation could have been avoided or would have been easier if they would have properly communicated and been honest with us!! They deserve 0 stars.

Mike Ryan went above and beyond to make our SUV purchase go so smoothly it was surprisingly pleasant! Anthony in Finance made the paperwork easy, and Sully in Parts took care of the extras we wanted right away. We appreciate the way we were taken care of by everyone at Greenway. We have another GMC vehicle that we will be bringing here from now on for service. Looking forward to a lasting relationship!

My husband called Green Way Auto . He talked to Cameron and told him
exactly what he was looking for and believe it or not he found it that same day in Wisconsin . Cameron went out of his to answer all of Bills questions When we went to pick it up the next day again Cameron went out of his way to answer all of my questions and showed me how to work everything in my bran new vehicle. The financial guy Anthony was also very nice. Everyone was. So if you are looking to go purchase a vehicle I would highly recommend Green Way Auto in Morris. Ask for Cameron.

Everyone at the Greenway dealership in Morris was very polite and easy to deal with. Sales representative Mike Ryan was also very helpful in getting the OnStar system set up. All in all it was great experience unlike some other auto dealerships. Thanks.

Ryan and Scott helped me find the truck I wanted. They were excellent and were with me every step of the way. They searched for the perfect truck for me and executed a dealer trade to get it. I would recommend Greenway GMC if you are looking for a family owned with great customer service.
