I’m normally not a huge fan of the justice system in general. However, if you have to be caught up in it these people make it as pleasant as possible. The most polite and helpful staff, officers, judge, and states attorney.

The clerk that’s chubby with the very short curly hair has the worst attitude! If you work for the county you should have a better attitude! Where do they find you rude people?!! Most county workers are the most miserable and the rudest people!

Called about my husband's bail money the second week of February . He went in the beginning of January. The lady said they had call offs due to the snow storm and didn't want to help me. After pleading my case/situation she told me I wasn't getting anything. I explained I could email or fax the paperwork my husband sent me and we were getting most of our money back. I had to plead with her again because she didn't want to help. Looked on the person's desk who sends the bail money out and two checks were sitting there. Two weeks later still haven't received my money. It's been six weeks and they should be paying me interest on this because it doesn't take that long to cut a check for money that is not yours.

They were so nice, the officer that was in the court room today was so humble and nice. Also crazy to say even the state was very far on the decision with my case. The judge was so respectful! And I love the old theme that got going on with the place!

As a Grundy County divorce lawyer, it's been my pleasure dealing with the clerk's staff and the circuit court in Morris. They definitely go out of their way to assist people.
