Very poorly set up this year. All of the food was bad, and the DJ was not utilizing the room's PA system, which meant things couldn't be heard or understood throughout our banquet hall.
The soup course was some weird amalgam of broccoli, cheddar, bacon, onion, potato and whatever else they could find and dump in a pot. When it was brought to the table I asked the waiter: "can you tell me what this is?" Implying I wanted to know its contents. His response was: "soup." How right he was, this was a very big indicator of the quality of the entire experience. Then came the salad with what they called a raspberry vinaigrette dressing. The dressing looked like Pepto was poured on top of the salad. I have never seen a solid color creamy vinaigrette before, and hope to never see one again. Lastly was the main course with very overcooked mashed potatoes, that were somehow further cooked and dried out on the plate; they literally had a shell formed over them. The broccolini and carrots were massively oversized and dominated the plate. The steak looked to be in shape like a filet, and was cooked to an approximate medium, but was still somehow dry and rubbery. Lastly there was some sort of breaded wet chicken and mushroom aberration that didn't even make it past the look test.
Until the food management team is revamped, and the staff get a handle on integrating the installed audio system into events I would avoid this venue, and spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Jennifer's Garden Banquet and Convention Center has great customer service. They work well with vendors in event industry to provide the best possible experience for their clients.

Very nice clean venue. Excellent wait staff. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to, 3 minutes off highway. Items I did not take stars away for that maybe I could have: Bar service slooow. Did not remove stars as I was not aware how many bartenders were asked for. A 30 minute wait for a drink is not great. During speeches music was coming from the kitchen. Didn’t take away stars because I don’t mind the employees trying to enjoy themselves while cleaning up. Overall a very nice venue!!

We would highly recommend Jennifer’s Garden! We had our wedding on June 22, 2024. The staff was so helpful every step of the way.
The planning process exceeded expectations and Deb was so informative and kind. She really put me as the bride at ease knowing the vision of the wedding was coming to life.
Julie our officiant is one of the sweetest people we have met! Our meetings with her preparing for the ceremony made my husband and I know we picked a wonderful person to bring us together to start our marriage.
Rehearsal night went really well and helped everyone prepare for the big day.
Our wedding overall was the best and most magical day ever! We hope to see Jennifer’s Garden staff again soon and are so thankful for everything.

I absolutely love it here! Such a beautiful venue and an outdoor ceremony area. The staff is so polite and accommodating. Would Very Highly Recommend this venue!!!

We booked this venue for our Quinceaneras! The staff and coordinator Deb were flexible, accommodating and patient with us all! When it came to making a decision about something or making a change to our event, they took the stress away from it. We loved that there was a tasting and a variety of options were available. The venue was also beautiful, inside and out! It had started to rain in the evening of our event and it was great that we had different places to take pictures indoors. We felt well taken care of. The girls and our family had such a memorable day!

Fantastic service! Deb was very accommodating and informational. While we are still deciding on a venue at this time, Jennifer’s garden is the most economical option for an all inclusive venue.
