This place is going down hill fast. Large bay no pressure, Large garage door is missing, card reader's don't work, can't load wash card at kias outside and I was only there for 10 minutes.

I went there to rise off my vehicle using my debit card to do this it told me I was being charged $2.00 But my bank statement says $12. 00 I cannot seem to contact anyone ( Update everything was worked out money was refunded to the original $2 that was supposed to be charged )

Change dispenser outside does not work. No brushes in half the Stalls, someone removed them. The one that does have a brush the bristles are almost gone.

Wash bays need major repairs. I was stuck in the automatic bay because the doors would not open after the wash was complete. I had to call the emergency number on the wall and wait for someone to open the doors. They couldn't even apology for the inconvenience.

I would of previously given this 5 stars, but I actually left with my car dirtier then when I came and I hand wash my own vehicle! Confusing huh. Well the truck that collects the stuff in the traps showed up. Literally was to loud to loud to even think and they chased me out of the bay I was working in! You can't refund time and I wash my car on my day off last time this place ever gets my business and I go here every week. But I will literally drive all the way to joliet before ever going back
