This Menards has A+ customer service. After a poor experience at the Joliet site, this was a breath of fresh air. I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance immediately upon going to the lumber desk in back. The young man was respectful and seemed genuinely happy to serve me. This store is neat, clean, and organized.
