Brought my vehicle here to get my tires switched onto brand new rims I purchased. Spoke with Kevin on the phone before hand and was very kind and professional . He understood what I needed done and accommodated to my particular case by reusing the tpms sensors and saving me money ! Upon installing the new rims this shop came across a tire on my vehicle that not only was splitting but also had wires showing, I did not know this upon bringing my vehicle. He called and mentioned this, told me the spare will be on the vehicle. This shop was quick , efficient, very understanding as I needed my vehicle for the weekend, and mostly thorough ! I’ve been to shops that would’ve put that tire back on and sent me on my way, they saved my life. Upon seeing the condition of the tire the failure of that tire was imminent! So thankful for Morris Tire & Alignment. Definitely will be a long time customer in the future! Also for all that was done to my vehicle you cannot beat the price ! Give them a try and I promise you will not be disappointed !

I got a flat on my way to work, but I stopped here on my lunch (without an appointment) and the lady at the front desk was very nice. The serviceman came out (appeared to be eating lunch), stopped what he was eating/doing, and took the time to inspect, plug, and give me back my wheel in a short time without any questions. Even though it was just a plugging of my tire, the “drop anything for the customer” attitude made my day and thought I’d take the time to leave them a good review. Appreciate it!

Very friendly during my initial, and subsequent, phone calls. Got my vehicle in within one day. Thoroughly explained what they handled during the the alignment when I picked up the vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
