Went above and beyond typical service to help us out.
My family was in a pinch on our way to Michigan from Missouri. John was about to close up but chose to help us out instead, spending over 2 hours extra just to get the part we needed installed so that we could get back on the road.
Highly recommend.

Just picked up our mustang from there and had a great experience. The car had an electrical issue that lit up the dash like a Christmas tree. Service traction control/abs and a few other things.
They diagnosed it down to being a bad wheelbearing/hub assembly. The magnetic contractors in there wernt communicating with the wheel speed sensors correctly which made sense.
The part was only 189. And they only charged us 1.3 hours to do the job at their more then fair labor rate of 100/hr.
They also adjusted our parking brake for us which I knew required removal of the exhaust and was only charged $40 for that. honestly I expected to pay more money and for the car to not be fixed as quickly. It was only 27 hours from the time I dropped the car off to the time it was diagnosed. Parts ordered and recieved ans the car picked up by me.
These days its some times hard to find good honest work and this is definitely the place John and Thad are great to trust with your vehicles

John helped us with in an emergency situation with changing the new tire. We had a nail in tire and he ended up with changing it for us so we didn’t get stranded. Thank you John. Definitely recommend him!

John is a very righteous dude and him and his guys do a very good job for a reasonable price. Shop small. Plus my dad who used to be a mechanic and is very picky who works on his car loves John highly recommend these dudes.

Could not be happier with the service John and his team provided. Great price for all new tired, mounting, balancing, and new sensors that needed to be replaced. I did have one minor issue with a 3rd TPSM that John and his guys took care of right away. Obviously, his shop is busy and he cannot be on the phone all day or bend over backwards for everyone. John will give it to you straight and you cannot ask for anything more. As for issues for people after their car got worked on. It is your responsibility as a vehicle owner to look over your car before you leave. If something isnt up to your liking, address it then, not after you get home. There's a line of new cars waiting to get into his shop for a reason. Great work. Awesome work ethic by his team. Could not recommend this shop enough.

I recently had a situation where a car attempted to enter my lane, I swerved to avoid the car hitting me, hit the curb pretty hard. It was a Saturday and I was just passing through Morris. I googled tire shops and hoped against all odds that one would be open. I walked into New generation tire and auto 30 minutes before close. I asked if someone could drive my van to tell me if it could make it the hour drive home. I didn’t get his name, but he jumped right in and drove it and then took the time to take the tire off and assess the damage.
I was so grateful both guys stayed late to fix it so that I could safely get back on the road. A bit pricey but honestly that was ok as I was an unexpected customer!
I will definitely make the trip back to Morris if I have any issues that I would like looked at. Thanks again guys!

This is really a GREAT place to bring your car for repairs - they have great service and reasonable pricing. John was really very nice and understanding - him and his team did a GREAT job on my car. I recommend them and will bring my car back for service again in the future.

I have been going to this place over 8 years. I gave it a 5 star back then because the owner was All about his business! Now there are people there who cut corners and don't want to look at things that are needed especially when I bring my grandma's car in to be fixed two different times. I bring it to helping hands and they showed me everything that was wrong that could have been fixed the past two times. I will now take my services to helping hands especially for my grandmother's car! Very disappointed!

It seems this location any time it's nice where people will be out walking and enjoying the weather they block the sidewalks. How hard is it to not block the dam side walk.

I originally went for a new tire because of a flat. John ordered a good one and had it in shop ready to put in my car before 1pm. After that I had asked John if he could look at my husbands car that just went out of warranty when the check engine came on. He graciously said yes and he had it fixed within a day or so. Getting your car repaired can be stressful especially when some places aren’t honest or have high prices, but not here. All the workers are extremely nice, they talk to you like you are human when explaining what needs to be fixed, prices are reasonable and they are honest. My experience at New generation was wonderful would recommend all families and friend to go there with any car needs! Thank you again for your help!
