We stuck with ONB through merger for over a year. Today we will be pulling everything out! Deposited $1000 cash into bank yesterday....today they say nothing was even deposited into my account. Thank goodness my husband kept his receipt! Manager gave us attitude from the moment my husband walked in & it was there mistake. If i could give a 0 star rating i would. Customer service is a 0. Bank is a 0. They did resolve the issue. But still that's a lot of money to some people for the bank to lose.

Stay away from Old National Bank. First Midwest had good customer service. Old National just wants to rip customers off. This branch has good customer service, but their hands are tied. A car payment was accidently processed twice and then one payment was immediately reversed. Old National still charged an overdraft fee and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. The First Midwest merger ruined a great bank. Old National is only interested in ripping you off.

After the merger I I can't log in, "locked out", even using their custom password instructions from email. I'm still on hold over an hour and a half. Either they're waiting 50+ minutes to answer each call, or 10,000 people are calling every minute. They need to hire more employees, clearly.But you have to admit, listening to that repeated robot speech for over an hour is really nice, (sarcasm). "the FAQ can answer most of your questions on our website". I wouldn't be on hold for over an hour if the FAQ answered my issue.And by the way Old National: there's this thing known as "call-back" service, instead of making people wait on hold for an hour and a half.

Staff was extremely helpful in a very stressed filled situation with merger. The transition from First Midwest to Old National is a cluster,at best. 5 stars for staff on-site.0 stars for Old National Bank phone support during transition!

Had a check deposited on the 3rd pending then got an overdraft fee on the 6th even though shows I have check deposited and won’t refund the overdraft fee horrible bank STAY AWAY

personal accounts work fine, but they reset business passwords every other day.......getting sick of it. I have accounts at OSB. switching everything to that bank. Ridiculous
