I'm at this pilot at least 2-3 times a week. Always good staff with a goal to keep truckers taken care of and satisfied....glad to say this is a 5 star that's well deserved

With the self server checkouts, employees sit in the back and do nothing. Customers wanted hot foods and were not served.

Worst Pilot truck stop — the showers are not clean. All the showers are open, but no one is cleaning them. Drivers are waiting for an available shower while the dirty ones sit unused.

VERY LOW SHOWER WATER PRESSURE! I HAVE TO SPEND AN HOUR IN THE SHOWER! SAVINGS IN THE WRONG PLACE!!!!

A great stop with a PJ FRESH. Gosh darn they have better food than at fast food on most streets!

1.22.25 clean with great CSRs and clerks as always. 2 years later and still managed well. Really a model pilot. Large and clean drivers lounge, clean restrooms, great location, and safer than it's sister stations (well lit)...

One of the best, clean Pilot/Flying J you will find around the WHOLE country. 4⭐️ because of the semi parking lot is not big enough, it gets full pretty quick. They have decent showers, laundry, driver lounge, subway, 🍕, roasted chicken, meatloaf, cinnabon etc. I would definitely recommend it.
