Eric is the BEST. I had a delivery issue that I called about and then ended up visiting the post office the next day to inquire about. Eric helped me both times, he remembered me/my issue from our phone call when I arrived the following day at the post office. He took the time to explain and assist me with the most patience, understanding, and detail that he could. I felt reassured and confident in the next steps I needed to take. Then, by much surprise, I received a phone call the day after my visit from Eric and he informed me they were able to completely resolve my issue. Eric is an amazing resource for the Morris post office!

Some people are rude here. Also lazy/dumb mailmen. When someone has a keep out sign you don't go walking through. Not that hard to walk around vehicles to someone's front door!
People need to have common sense and respect.

Grumpy old man with missing front teeth who works in the morning disrespectful. Clearly he doesnt understand numbers if you tell him a certain dollar amount $. Reviews are right this place has lazy employees.

The gentleman that works the desk during the morning/day is a lazy,condescending and acts like your inconvenienceing his time..this isn't the 1st time so it's not like it was a bad day.. I couldn't help but leave a review because he should not be employed there...L.A.Z.Y!!!

Going in, I wasn't expecting the service I received because of some of the reviews here. I came in at 3:45 today, the gentleman working the front, was extremely nice and courteous to everyone. I had 4 people ahead of me and he was professional and nice to us all. I have nothing bad to say about my visit. He was super nice and patient about scanning in my package even though the prepaid label I had was faded. Will gladly be going back for all my USPS needs.

Have fun scanning your own prepaid label. Woman told me this is why they don't like prepaid labels. If you run a business go somewhere else.

There was a young boy, a couple of people ahead of me, in line at the Morris Post Office last Friday. He handed the clerk $3.00 wherein the clerk asked if that was all the money he had. The boy said it was wherein the woman standing behind him offered to pay the remaining cost. But, the clerk said he had it covered and paid the postage himself. I'm sure the young lad didn't understand the transaction as he was rather young. It was a very nice act of kindness. The boy never knew what transpired between strangers, and he was treated with the same respect as everyone else in line. It's those little kindnesses that make one's day!

The mail man stole my gift card and family photos on Christmas eve. My family got the package RIGHT after the mail man dropped it off and the envelope was sealed shut with tape and was licked close (it was a card). And the mail man ripped it open and took out pictures of my family and $150 gift card. Went to the post office today to figure out what happened and the manager said that the mail man has a "loaded family and would never do that". And told me that there's nothing he can do about it. I mean that is mail fraud and he can't do anything about it? Do not recommend this place.

i got a money order i wasted my money.they wont lookit up i had to pay for the look up to see if it was cashed please dont get money order from all uisps office in this area and out of towni wen t online it was cash and my party did credit my account .i,m out of hundred of buck
