Terrible customer service. Called asking to speak with a manager in regards to an on going issue that STILL has not been solved after months. Was hung up on by an employee without even getting my name or phone number for a call back. Untrustworthy location. Only in it for the money. They only care about getting sales, not about helping their customers. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Took our phone into Morris Verizon. Eric the store Mgr was such a huge help. He gave us a bunch of options and helped us make the best options. He was extremely patient with all our questions. Surely appreciated the patience and time he took with us

I have been having trouble with my phone charging, I called customer service, they were NO help at all. I decided to go to the Verizon store (in Morris) to see if I could get better help. Eric, the store manager there took the time to see if my phone was able to be fixed, an with my luck, my phone was not able to be fixed. Eric took the time to not only go over my next option, but to make sure I received a new phone with a GREAT camera. Not only did he take the time to transfer all my stuff to my new phone,
an i do mean ALL. With my phone not keeping a charge, he patiently waited for my old phone to try an stay charged so he could do what needed to be done. With all Eric's help I not only got a phone, but I also received a few free gifts with my phone. So if u want great customer service, a team that will help you, the store to go to is the Verizon store in Morris, an ask for Eric (store manager) he will hook up up!!!

DO NOT TRUST THEM. they changed my address on file, to sell me a product that was not even eligible for my area(hence the need to change my address) and ever since it has been incredibly difficult to get verizon to work with my issues. i have called customer service 3 times and NOW my account is being charged $400 penalty fees all due to something that wasn’t even my doing. terrible experience. do not trust. will not recommend to anyone ever. WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. only in it for the money. female sales person.

I was a very good experience working with the guys at the V store, really good at what they do, I would highly recommend them.
