If a prescription isn't ready, could you please ask the person holding up the line at the drive up for over 10 minutes to please come inside? It really is a pain being blocked in line and not being able to leave!

Terrible to deal with. Rude and unapologetic.

Waited 3 times, different days and times, and the waiting line to pickup didn’t move once in over 20 minutes each day. Not the first time either but will be the last. Advise management to spend time training and automating systems instead of robo-calls to “remind me” to pick up Rx. Guess what, I can’t ! Walmart Rx just gained another customer.

Please stop sending your calls to a call center just to have me sit on hold with them and then be transferred to your store to sit on hold again and get hung up on after 20+ minutes! Frustrating!

A few months to a year ago I would give 5 stars but they must have a new pharmacist because even my doctor tells me not to fill my prescriptions there anymore. All I've had is problems lately.

Terrible pharmacy. Wait on phone for 20 minutes only to be hung up on. Out of stock on most prescriptions. I transferred to a out of network pharmacy

It's your typical Walgreens it's clean the people help you sometimes they're understaffed as usual it's hit or miss in the pharmacy whether you wait long or not it would be nice if they would make a 24 hour pharmacy instead of going all the way to Plainfield for one but all in all it's all good

Would give zero stars if possible. Told multiple times prescription would be ready. Get there and it's not done. Returned multiple times and still not ready. Called and was told it was ready. Recieved text that is was ready. Go to pick it up and was told they wont fill it until they call the Dr. It is a 30 min drive each way ?

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was super apprehensive to change from my other pharmacy to Walgreens, even though it is close to my house but I tried it anyway. It was awful. The lady at the front seemed to hate her job, people, and dealing with any situation. She was very rude and she seemed to act like it was very aggravating that people wanted their prescriptions. I didn't realize that I was early for a prescription and she made me call my old pharmacy while in line to ask them when my last fill date was. Pretty sure that is her job and it was embarrassing to hold up the line calling my old pharmacy and the pharmacy technician seemed very aggressive and made me feel very uneasy. Needless to say I did not get my prescription because Walgreens wouldn't release it and my old pharmacy was closed. I will never use this pharmacy again and I hope that whoever the technician was get an attitude adjustment. If you don't like working with the public, switch jobs.

The pharmacy staff is always incredibly helpful , they're one of the busiest pharmacies I've ever been to.... so you need to have a little patience... that patience pays off in spades, the entire staff is an amazing group of people that have big heart's and truly care about your well being

Some of the greatest people work in Pharmacy. My mom was very ill and on a lot of meds. Insurance was a nightmare. It's not always Walgreens fault things are messed up but they worked with me the best they could. Insurance sucks! Certain girls are always so caring over my situation and it meant the world to me. I basically lived in Walgreens for scripts. Even now after my moms passing, those same girls ask how I am, how my dad is. They were there for me through the hardest time of my life and they didn't even know me. It's just lately with the new laws where the pharmacist has to review scripts with people that holds up the lines. Then making them take lunch. I appreciate the Morris Pharmacy team. Thanks for getting me through.

I like this Walgreens as it is your typical store with wide aisles and helpful staff. Sometimes they are short-staffed and you have to a bit longer at check out. I have used the pharmacy here without an issue. Staff is helpful and friendly.
