Bought a battery almost 2 years ago had a two-year warranty and a battery went bad. The first employee, a young kid with black hair did not catch. His name could not have been any better. The other employee by the name of Danny took very good care of us alsohad a couple questions which he explained quite well. The battery was exchange free of charge with minimal hassle thank you to the younger gentleman and Danny for handling it so professionally.

I called to inquire about some tires. After 4 minutes I heard someone answer, not say anything and place me on hold. Waited another 7 minutes before someone answered and asked if I needed the shop. I said yes and they proceeded to hang up on me. I get that places can get busy, but just answer and say can you hold please.

I went to the Morris location for a set of new tires.Alex waited on me and was knowledgeable & professional.All four tires were mounted in only 35 minutes. Excellent customer service & experience.Service: Tires

I came here to set up an appointment on 4-18 at about 2pm to have a oil change, tire rotation, and four new tires probably 1,000 of work. The service advisor was extremely rude and ignorant and told me that he can’t schedule me an appointment for this. I have never heard of a auto center that won’t schedule an appointment. Do yourself a favor go to professionals not ignorant kids.Service: Tires

Pretty nice Auto Care Center to get your car worked on. Problems I have about this one is that there are some things they can’t do that other Walmart auto care centers can. Another problem that I’ve spotted is that sometimes the person who is at the front desk assisting with customers can be quite slow at times. Other than those problems this auto care Center is not bad. In fact it didn’t take long at all for someone to start having my car worked on right after I was assisted by someone at the front desk. They seem to have some pretty fast technicians working on the vehicles.

I don't know what Walmart Stores stand to gain from closing just their automotive centers, due to the uptick in covid, but my car can't wait another month for an oil change. You lost me.

Idiots have no idea how to read used an impact gun on my locking nuts even though its clearly stated on the package not to. They broke them, had to take it somewhere else and have them cut off. Thankfully the store took care of us and reimbursed us for the cost to have them cut off and paid for new locking nuts

I called ahead of time for them to fix a flat tire that was already off the truck and they said come on in and I was already outside and when I rolled the tire over the 2 mechanics that were washing their rims for their vehicle and it is only 5:30 and they close at 7 and said they do not have enough time to fix a flat hole in a tireService: Tires

I’m really mad. Went and had my oil changed a few months ago at this Walmart. Went again today at another location. They apparently put so much oil in they needed 2 oil pans to catch it all. Horrible for my vehicle, running better now. Hopefully no damage was done. Really unacceptable for a simple oil change. Will never be back.Service: Oil change

Called ahead of time to see if they had availability for tire installation. We agreed on the time and as soon as I got there they took me right in. It took about 40 minutes for all four tires.

I brought my car in to have the headlight bulbs changed. They worked on my car for exactly 6 minutes, per the text updates before returning it to me telling me they COULDNT change the bulbs. They told me that it would have to have most of the front end removed to replace the bulbs and to take it to a dealership. The incompetence and laziness is astounding. I looked it up on YouTube myself when I got home, and managed to change both bulbs in 20 minutes all by myself. Only two minor things needed to be removed to access the headlights. I'm far from a mechanic. Lesson learned. I'll be taking my car somewhere else for any future work.Service: General repairs & maintenance
