This store is a wonderful resource for a small town like Morris. You can find most things you need here or you can order from the online store and pick it up here but you have to be careful about incurring unnoticed 6 shipping costs. The workers are very helpful and will usually walk with you to help you find what you need. And I really like the grocery pickup. It's fast and really friendly and no tipping is required. That's a big plus for me!

Like this Walmart. I've visited the one on Jefferson, the one in Shorewood and the one on Weber road. I like the Morris store the most. For me it's easy to get to and the store itself is very nice.

To whom it may concern:
Over the past 28 years, my family and I have generally had a good experience at the pharmacy located in Morris, IL. Today that changed. After standing in line for 42 minutes with one person in front of me I noticed that the pharmacy technician had difficulty communicating with the customer. It was observed that she couldn’t speak English. I also observed the pharmacy technician struggling with the pharmacy program on the computer because she was having difficulty reading English. It wasn’t until her coworker returned from lunch that the line started to move. In other words this line stood still for 42 minutes and continued to grow without moving forward. I observed the pharmacist offering assistance several times within the 42 minutes which basically included reading to this employee what the computer said so that she could move to the next step in the workflow.
It is 100% unacceptable for a corporate organization like Walmart or any organization offering healthcare services to hire an employee that is unable to communicate effectively with the customer let alone be responsible for the safe distribution of prescriptions. My family and I will undoubtedly be seeking pharmacy services elsewhere in the future. I realize that everyone needs to work however I would think that Walmart or any organization with common sense would place an employee that cannot communicate with the customer in a position that doesn’t require verbal communication or knowing how to read so that you can effectively operate a computer.
I am hopeful that this complaint resolves this issue so that it does not continue to reoccur and inconvenience both your pharmacy staff and your customers.

I'm not sure if it's all Walmarts or just mine, but they keep downsizing their selection on everything. It would take me two hands to count everything I can no longer buy there. Everything from foods to clothes have been removed from their selection only to keep the most basic of items in stock. I'm a very brand-loyal shopper and Walmart does nothing but make it more difficult.

The toy section and Yu-Gi-Oh cards are never stocked. They never order new series. The whole store isn't stocked with inventory well. Go to Bourbonais Walmart. Go to Aldi's.

Hey Walmart how about you keep the seasonal stuff up during the season? Not even July yet and all the swimsuits and summer stuff is clearanced already. Absolutely terrible business model. People need summer stuff in the summer. Shocker I know but still.
