We called K & N the day before a long trip to see if they could squeeze us in for a detailing of our equinox. There was a strong vomit smell in it and they were AMAZING! Got us in the next day before our trip and the car was perfect with no vomit smell for the drive! I would highly recommend them and plan to get my other car in soon for just a normally cleaning with how well they did.

Had a last minute accident and called, was super understanding and was able to fit me in right away, super kind and great customer service, handled with great care and within a timely manner returned, overall had a fantastic experience!! It’s like driving it right off the lot all over again, I would definitely recommend to many!! ?

We hired K and N to wash and ceramic wax our 37 ft 5th wheel camper. They quoted us a price of $2500 and asked for $800 down to cover the cost of supplies, that was paid on 7/31/23. When it came time to do the job, they called and said that they could not complete the job because their power washer was down, so we let them borrow ours. They came out to do the job at our permanent camp site, because they did not have a large enough space. They did a horrible job, they did not get the camper clean before they started waxing, they just waxed right over the dirt. They said that they would come back in the fall with their power washer and wash it again and put on another coat of wax and another coat in the spring. I suggested to my husband that we not pay them the full amount until the job was done. Ken talked a good talk and promised that they would be back and that they were trying to expand their business and would not take the chance on an unhappy customer, so we paid them the balance of $1700, big mistake. We started calling them in mid-October to schedule the wash and wax they promised. After numerous calls and not showing up when promised, they finally showed up without a power washer. They never mentioned that they needed to use our power washer again and we did not have it at the camper, but my brother that lives close by had one, so we went and got that one for them to use. They started washing the camper and after a couple of hours they left without finishing the job. They never called with an explanation and never returned our calls. The job was never completed and now it is too cold. My hope is that they still will somehow do right by what they promised, but at this time we are very unsatisfied and will NOT recommend them.

I had a great deal on a van but had to leave it at the family farm for about four months - infested with mice. These guys gave me a crazy fair price and did incredible work. Looks almost new! Not only that, but they gave me great advice for additional work beyond their care that I could do myself and save some cash. Just great people.Service: Steam cleaning
