After spending nearly 2 years driving nearly an hour each way for work, I had contacted Kophamer & Blean about one of their listings on a whim. I set-up a showing, and met with one of their agents, Domini. Within 10 minutes of the showing's start she could tell I wasn't "thrilled". As we started to talk about the things I loved about the property, and things that would be deal breakers, I could already see her thinking about available properties. While she couldn't identify one that was currently on the market, that didn't deter her. She recommended I look at a home that wasn't quite ready for market, but was a good fit for all the things I was looking for. She nailed it! Charm, character, and updates that didn't sacrifice either! I have been one happy homeowner since July of this year, thanks to the attentiveness and care of a local realtor!
