Updating my review from about a year ago and after numerous visits in-between, I wanted to hype up how clean this location is and the amount of disposable disinfectant wipes stations there are is perfect.---Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! It really is like shopping on the Amazon app/Amazon website in real life. Pretty neat concept of grab-and-go shopping. Tons of cameras. Some produce were stale, had mold, or expired, but in Amazon-fashion, full refund for those products. No issues with requesting refunds for mistaken charges after "just walking out." For the most part, I enjoy the products available as well as the fresh/ready-to-eat, grab-and-go food items as well as the dining area. Will try to take more photos/vids next visit.

I had no idea how extensive their options would be. It's like a complete grocery store only by Amazon. Even the checker was helpful and friendly.

This place weirds me out. Also, watch out for extra charges on your bill, the pricing is very misleading as they tie in additional fees on top of taxes!

Relatively easy to return Amazon orders.

Amazon fresh has the best pumpkin pies around by Jess. I had gone in on Tuesday night looking for fresh pumpkin pies. A couple of employees desperately looked for some pies that we’re not gonna expire on Thanksgiving but found none Thanksgiving morning I went in and they brought out fresh spanking new pies with expiration date, that was well excepted . The employees always go way out of their way to try to find products if they’re not on the shelf, their store is clean …the floors are clean. Bathrooms are clean. The deli is clean. I give it five stars.

1st time going there and got charged for something that I looked at but did NOT put in my bag or walk out of the store with. There is no easy way to report this via the order page in my account. Had to call and was on the phone for about 25 mins. Should have a refund in 4-5 days. No going back.

I bought two traditional rotisserie chickens from this Amazon fresh, and one of them was fine. The other one we were eating & only to find out that there was a long hair in it, and I actually have a picture to prove it I mean it was truly disgusting! if your handling food please wear hair nets no one wants to buy food with hair in it, that is terrible.

I go to return Amazon items quite a bit. And then shop. Alvin at the return window is always smiling and super friendly. He makes my day. I even called the Amazon 800 number to compliment him and waited on hold just to say just that. It’s rare these days. So I’m always pleasantly surprised when I find a nice, friendly worker anywhere. So hats off to Amazon Fresh Morton Grove’s employee Alvin!!

I'm used to going to WholeFoods for lunch and salad buffet, but it can get pricey by weight. At this location they have similar lunch and salad buffet for a flat price! As long as the boys can close a medium box is $9.99. And that's enough for two meals. Great option at a great price!

I’ve been a few times when it’s been great and then I’ve been a few times but it has not been great and they don’t have anything in stock. There are definitely better grocery stores out there. The automatic prime checkout is pretty neat though and the employees are always nice.

Pretty terrible experience. If you haven't been to one before, it's a little confusing on how to find the barcode to scan within the Amazon app since it's not exactly where the instructions say it is, and then there's also hundreds of cameras that make the shopping experience pretty uncomfortable even if you're doing nothing wrong. It kind of just feels dystopian. The worst part is that I got charged for something I didn't even take out of the store. A shorter lady asked me to grab some milk for her from a high shelf, and I picked up and handed it to her. I got my receipt an hour after I left the store and it turns out I got charged for that milk. I did get it refunded, but if that's how finicky your futuristic store system is, then maybe it's not really ready for the public yet and still needs to undergo some testing. Just go to Jewel or Mariano's or Aldi, this place is just not worth the trouble.

Revolutionary shopping experience, which is an experience in itself. But it also still feels super weird to simply walk out when you're done shopping.
