I was exposed to x-ray radiation at least 20 times. They are incompetent and I don't trust them. I should have read all their innocent victims reviews before coming there! They are just awful to me. I think all their clients who suffered have to get United and debunk them!

Nice & friendly staff, but inflated prices. My UHC Dental insurance covers up to $1000.00 for Deep Dental Cleaning procedure, but at Aspen Dental, I was asked to pay an additional $ 160.00 which I found excessive.

I had a mixing experience. When I arrived the front desk was duly per nice and friendly. The debátala assistant was friendly, warm, nice and kind. She explained everything the process of everything that needed ti be done to begin the appointment. The facility was very clean and the atmosphere was positive. The doctor was amazing he did the exam and went over everything with me. He made his recommendations and then proceeded to take me to the office manage who by the way is so nice. The office manager went over the plan of care and how much everything will cost. I will recommend this office to anyone. I did my research. The Morton Grove location is great place to get you exam and consult.

Excellent in everyway: warm, friendly, happy place to be. Hello with beautiful smiles. Details clearly explained of what was done & what's to be done. Patient, kind, respectful staff. It's one place I know I will be confident to receive the care I need. I'm glad I found Aspen Dental.

Doctor and staff were pleasant and facility was clean.Ultimately, they lost my business because the office manager did not know how to retain me as a customer.Which is ironic because Aspen’s business model specifically leaves the finance discussion for the end. They had the opportunity to use this time to work with me as a patient to explain my coverage and financing options. They failed to discuss anything regarding the details on pricing, insurance and options. All he did was plop a number in my face and said this is how much it would cost to proceed. I have excellent Dental insurance, all doctors are covered whether they are in/out of network, but Aspen said i was not covered. they never explained why.I could have EASILY been swayed into at least progressing with a less expensive treatment but the office manager was simply not thinking of retaining me as a patient/customer.it’s a shame they lost my business for such a silly reason.

Do not be fooled by appearances. This place ended up gouging my wallet (and my teeth) and made me feel an absolute fool. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY APPEARANCES!!Edit: Also don't be fooled by their "trying to make it right" talk. I've ended up blocking the number. They carved out more of my tooth than was needed, I got a second opinion and DON'T need a root canal, and frankly, this is all about the fact that this is a corporation that just wants your money.

I called because I had a dental abscess and required emergency treatment. When I arrived, I noted that the sign on the door and the website said free exam and x-rays for new patients if not using insurance. I indicated that I had insurance but none of it it was covered because I had already met my annual maximum. I asked why I was being charged over $200 when it would not be processed through my insurance anyway, and was told by the receptionist (a redheaded male, which I mention only so future patients know he is deceptive and not untrustworthy if they go there) that it would be insurance fraud if they gave me the new patient deal and did not submit a claim despite the fact that my insurance would not cover anything since I reached my annual limit. Obviously, not billing insurance and choosing to pay out of pocket isn't insurance fraud...that's ridiculous. I happen to be a physician so that ridiculous may work on some people less informed about insurance billing practices, but certainly would not work on me.But I was in pain and my face was swelling from the infection so I paid over $200. Then I was taken to get countless x-rays even though I had my recent x-rays sent to them in advance. and after 10 mins I asked why it was necessary to take x-rays of my entire mouth to treat the one tooth and was told they were being done for a complete dental exam and cleaning (which I did not want or need). He said the $200 I paid doesn't even cover the treatment for the infected tooth which was the only reason I was there. At that point I realized the only fraud that was occurring was the unnecessary treatment and imaging they were trying to perform and bill me for. I then decided that their deceptive practices made me want to seek care elsewhere and I requested a refund. I was told that I would not be able to get a refund for the x-rays despite the fact that they were unnecessary, unwanted, and not related to the dental abscess for which I sought treatment. I told him I was leaving and would seek treatment elsewhere and expect a refund. Finally, he asked me if I at least wanted to be treated for the abscess, which is the reason I was there, which would be an additional cost. I told him that I would be leaving and was not interested in any treatment from Aspen Dental and would be leaving given what had occurred and again asked for a refund which he eventually said he would process.I have yet to receive a refund. I highly recommend against considering Aspen dental for any reason.

Walked-in, asked to see an oral surgeon? "We don't know when we'll be getting one." I looked carefully for a hidden TV crew, then left. 1 ? is a gift.

If there was a zero star I wish I could put it for them I am 18 years old and I have never hated the dentist so much in my life i came in there to fix my front tooth it got cracked so the told me I needed a root canal I told them are you sure cause my tooth was cracked horizontally they said they can do it when I went for the appointment they said they can’t do and still charge me 589 dollars for that day and they will not refund it or do anything to make it right because I already got my signature they take advantage of young adults i truly hate all of them I got my implant from the but I’m never coming back they made my temporary implant blue when they could have made it white and on top of that they just will not do anything right I really hope anyone that thinks of going here actually looks at this review if you want to get ripped off come to this place

Pathetic and Horrible Customer Service, management and faculty by Aspen Dental Morton Grove. I was not satisfied with my hygiene service and wanted to redo it then their management told me that you don't need the service. And make a new appointment and pay full amount on the day of service; otherwise we don't give you service. My wife and I have been a customer for Aspen Dental Morton grove for many years and we are having Invisalign from them as well and we paid almost $10000 for the entire package but we did not get the good service and we are not satisfied for their service. When the time we started the Invisalign they told us that filling is covered with entire package. But now they are charging for filling which before they told us that will be covered. I requested them to pay in installment but their management refused to take the installment plan and also refused to give service to me. I don't understand that what kind of customer service they are providing. In addition, the doctor who we started seeing her, she left Aspen Clinic in the middle of our service plan and no one informed us that she left clinic and you will be seeing a new doctor. And new doctor don't know how to do the attachment for Invisalign because it’s come out right after the attachment and next visit its the same. So it is very frustrating that they are charging $10000 but they are not giving a good service and they treated customers very badly. It seems to me that they don't care about customer service, they only care about money that customer pay for their horrible service. I usually don't write bad reviews but I hope my review will help to improve their performance.

Edit: I have no complaints about the staff, I know they have no control over the prices. My issue is that this is a business that values profit over patient care. I had to return twice for cleaning and scaling, which is unheard of. I had to pay $300 even under insurance. This place is a ripoff and I will not return.
