They said they would order a part for my TV (under warranty from LG) but then after a month I called LG to check status and LG told me that Ben's TV notified them that I no longer needed service. Odd because my TV is still broken. Joke of a company.

Quality folks great value and they stand behind what they sell. I have been shopping with them for several generations. I still travel several miles for great service.

I've had them fix two Plasma tv's for me over the years one Fujitsu and one Panasonic ( after a comcast box blew up a HDMI input ) I've always found Ben, his wife & son Evan to be courteous and professional.
perhaps more importantly they fixed my tv's promptly & they still work today !
