🌟A Big Thank You to Team Leader Margaret for allowing me a discount on the last wrinkle cream (dented) that was in an unlocked security box. She was so nice, professional and helpful in her welcoming greeting and assistance given to customers. She alerted all the other cashiers of the discount she was giving me so we could continue to finish our shopping.
Unfortunately, we went to the wrong cashier (older, angry, short-haired brunette) who supposedly had no clue what was going on. When I explained what Margaret had said she Angrily denied it saying Target doesn’t do things that way and asked her nearby coworker who, With a Smile, confirmed the discounted price I was allowed. Begrudgingly the cashier literally threw the item into our shopping bag. She was awful. Wore no name tag. Do avoid her.

We couldn’t find Margaret. I looked for her because on this day the only two items we came into the store for that the Target app showed many in stock actually had Zero in Stock. The sales associate in Health & Beauty confirmed this. Guess they’re behind with college students heading back?”
“I will just say that Brendan R. was the representative I dealt with. I came in with four devices, looking to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. Worth noting the contract on one of the devices long since passed and the other three were purchased at the Apple Store, so there was no issue transferring them all over the only snafu was related to catching a couple of benefits for switching that don't kick in until after being with T-Mobile for a certain period of time. Eventually, I'll work my way back to the store to make sure those are put into place. Regardless Brendan was able to effectively do the work and inside of I'll say approximately 45 minutes to an hour was able to switch all my devices from Verizon to T-Mobile. My new bill is less and right now I would say I'm very satisfied with the service. I think also worth noting when I walked in, there was only two other customers both of which left shortly thereafter, so there were very few distractions. I will also say that by the time I left, there were a lot of people in the store. I'm not a big fan of going to cellular stores whether they're the direct store for the carrier or an authorized dealer. I've had miserable experiences over the years, the absolute worst were at Verizon, but this one was quite positive. I would just say thank you Brandon.”
“I have been with Verizonwireless for an over 31yrs. That should speaks volumes. It is fair to say not all staff members are the same with their levels of services. That relates to the every other similar stores. Overall I am still with Verizon and happy with services. Verizonwireless store on Touhy Ave. in Niles has been my go to stores for many years.”
