“I will just say that Brendan R. was the representative I dealt with. I came in with four devices, looking to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. Worth noting the contract on one of the devices long since passed and the other three were purchased at the Apple Store, so there was no issue transferring them all over the only snafu was related to catching a couple of benefits for switching that don't kick in until after being with T-Mobile for a certain period of time. Eventually, I'll work my way back to the store to make sure those are put into place. Regardless Brendan was able to effectively do the work and inside of I'll say approximately 45 minutes to an hour was able to switch all my devices from Verizon to T-Mobile. My new bill is less and right now I would say I'm very satisfied with the service. I think also worth noting when I walked in, there was only two other customers both of which left shortly thereafter, so there were very few distractions. I will also say that by the time I left, there were a lot of people in the store. I'm not a big fan of going to cellular stores whether they're the direct store for the carrier or an authorized dealer. I've had miserable experiences over the years, the absolute worst were at Verizon, but this one was quite positive. I would just say thank you Brandon.”
