The person behind the counter is unbearable, so much negativity he is carrying, he judges customers by race and color, he is so rude he really needs some proper training that how to deal the customers equally NOT by there race. The Dollar Tree ownership or the Corporate should think about it seriously. I wish if there were an option for Zero star.

This location has by far the most rude employees. They’re so negative you can’t even ask a question without getting a negative comment. I don’t really walk into a dollar tree with any customer service expectations but this location has surpassed any hope at all

The woman at the checkout was great. on the other hand there were two women "working" there, who were shouting at each other the entire time I was shopping. Every profanity I have ever heard being shouted across the store. One of them was using a cart as a walker, (sorry if she's disabled by her weight but get an actual medical walker of some sort) her entire upper body hunched over it just shouting. The other was standing there with her shouting. I didn't see either of them do any work. Just b*tching about their job, having to work, how they hate dollar tree. Lovely employees and truly a great experience /s Will not be returning.

Fine, usual experience. But couldn't find a simple "Thinking of you card" for a terminal cousin. They were all silly. One cashier, but moved pretty quickly.

My Christmas tree was looking bare so I went to the dollar tree to pick up some Christmas decorations. The selection is good but this big, stout man who was the cashier rang up my order and started laughing at my Target bag I brought in. The usual Mexican ladies here work as cashiers are nice and pleasant. He yelled across the room to this coworker saying" This lady bought a target bag in the store" chuckling and laughing. I try to reuse and repurpose my plastic bags to leave a small footprint here on earth. This was downright rude and unprofessional. I don't know what he was laughing about he's the one that works as a cashier at Dollar Tree. BTW Stout mean FAT.

Younger guy with glasses made anannouncement on the pa system telling customers to not come up and leave the store all at once. Like really dude? How can you control a customers shopping trip? I understand side work needs to be done in retail but this guy is usually nice was a complete loser today. I couldn't believe I heard him say that on the pa. Most of the employees who work here are trash. The other short haired lady who rings customers up is a total trash bag too

The cashier was not a nice person. I will call a manager to complain. If you don't know how to treat customers with respect you do not need to work there.

My mother-in-law was there on 11/19/22 and she had a wonderful experience with Andrea Brandon. She couldn't stop talking about how friendly and helpful she was, so I had to come in and leave Ms Andrea a great review. I know how hard it is to work for dollar tree and keep people happy so kudos to you Andrea, thanks for making her visit a great one.

This place employs hostile employees who clearly don't have any customer service training. I witnessed a cashier point a finger in a customer's face and yell at her.
