Working with Mubashir and the rest of the team at Greek Nation has been an amazing experience! The items are great quality and the colors are vibrant. Beautiful craftsmanship. We've ordered line jackets, hats, sweatshirts, tshirts, bags, and a beautiful silk bomber jacket with an Alpha Sigma Omega Latina Sorority Inc. large beautifully detailed crest. Everything came out amazingly well with zero mistakes and the embroidery will definitely last a long time. Turn around was fast and communication was good. So happy with our purchases!

Manager has poor patience when dealing with anyone and is a pain to communicate with…the designer is great at his job however.

Excellent store with great capacity for customization. I needed a quick item embroidered and to purchase items for a dear friends birthday. They delivered beyond my expectations. Also I’d just gotten off the airplane from VA and the owner made everything better. He showed us levels of production, his commitment to his product, understanding of the D9, and even made my best friend and I laugh quite a bit. I ordered a lovely black line jacket from them and it looks absolutely beautiful, I’ve been getting a lot of compliments for it. I should have ordered all my other line jackets from here. The customer service is also excellent; the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and helping me design my jacket. 10/10.

I'm giving this rating two stars because they were very helpful in me placing my order and answering questions so I was very pleased I checked the order status there was a delay I checked shipping there was a delay but I would call and they got on it so when our jackets arrived we very happy but to only open the package to be disappointed it is not the color of our sorority at all we cant wear wont wear them its misrepresentation we immediately called back and asked what happen he said it's what I ordered instated I ordered forest green he said that was forest green no sir not on your site I had confirmed this multiple times and this is not forest green it's more of an army green or maybe what's on the site listed as olive green we even wanted to send them back anyway we move on and he seems as though hes understanding and can work with us to get our jackets fixed and make us happy so we just decide to go with gold so my president orders us new jackets he turns around and chargers our card again and only offers a 30%discount on the new order which is unacceptable and unreasonable because now you are double charging us for an order we have paid for and cantvuse the material then a new order greek nation I thought you all where better than this and a company we could do business with but I wont spend a another dime here wrong is wrong and we just wanted it to be made right

The staff are extremely nice and helpful! I had purchased a baseball shirt and coach jacket and the prices/quality were amazing! Mubashir is very knowledgeable and works with you to show you all the options available for your org. I had a custom made shirt made for my LS (Qu4d). Greek Nation started working on it while I was in the store and had it done the next afternoon! Couldn't ask for better service and products!
