The ham sandwich I had with the hickory honey mustard was phenomenal. Will definitely be back to try their other sandwiches. Michael is doing it right over there!

It's not inexpensive, but the taste is unique and universally liked by my family, plus every morsel gets used ... after the holidays , especially. Also nice to send some home with dinner guests .

First of all, Who doesn't Like Honey Baked Hams? I just talked to Mary (Morton Grove, IL location) who was very pleasant, let me tell her what I needed (which is very rare in this fast paced world we live in) and very helpful. I then talked to the New Mgr. Kevin, who was just as polite as Mary was. They walked me through the online ordering system and now I am pretty much worry free thanks to these two lovely people. Placed and order way ahead of time for pick up the day before thanksgiving 10am no huge crowds very organized everyone seemed so polite even though it was busy for 10am start I def have to come back to try the sandwiches here can’t wait to try the food for thanksgiving

I visited this location on Dempster Avenue in Morton Grove for the first time and bought a very good ham. Kevin was very helpful. I had issues with the survey system indicated on the receipt. My essay answers were positive. The customer care and ham was excellent. The ham may cost more but was low in fat, meaty and tasty.

So this is my second time at this Honey Baked store and I have not been disappointed. The sandwiches are fresh and delicious and the customer service is awesome. So if your on a misson to be full off of just a sandwich this is the spot for you.

Honey Baked Ham had come recommended to us on several occasions so this year for Thanksgiving we decided to go ahead and try it out. We had out of town guests and it was really important that everything be perfect. We ordered a handful of sides that both in the store, and on the website, there were pictures of these wonderful looking side dishes so we ordered almost $200 worth of these side dishes for pick up the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. When I arrived to pick up the order, to my surprise and dismay, what had appeared to be the wonderfully crafted side dishes were actually FROZEN boxes! Like frozen dinners from Walmart! Now it was Tuesday and there was not time to try to get together a replacement. So I mistakenly proceeded with these frozen dinners. I popped them in the oven as the directions stated and what a disappointment! They were all horrible with the exception of the beans. I mean really horrible! Not something I would put in from of my dog let alone guests for Thanksgiving dinner. Everything went in the garbage! We were out shopping like maniacs Thanksgiving morning in an attempt to salvage what should have been a festive and relaxing day. Honey Baked Ham, you ruined our Thanksgiving. And you can't give it back. The least you can do is offer some sort of refund!I will NEVER enter your store again. And I suggest nobody else does either!
