I love this place you know sometimes you just need to process your vitamin D it’s not always even about getting tan, although I’m not opposed to that entirely winters in Chicago can be long and deplete of sunshine, the Ann ability of our bodies to process vitamin D without the harmful UV, a and B rays is a fine example why establishments like this need to continue to exist.The staff are kind and competent, offering discounts when available but they’re never pushy because the service and the products they sell sell themselves. The place itself is clean the bulbs changed frequently. Things are taken care of at this location in particular which is why I continue to go there although it’s out of my way , you can count on leaving feeling better than you did when you arrived.

I have been to this specific location before and today had to be the most wonderful experience I have ever had!! ELENI and MAYA were so wonderful!! They put such a huge smile on my face I have rarely experienced such wonderful customer service from two wonderful girls!!! People don’t understand how one genuine smile can change someone’s day! They did it for me! Keep these girls around they make LA TAN an amazing tanning salon just by being there!

Great place to get color quick. Went to the Norridge location, couldn't compare. Place is well kept. 9/10 usually depending on who's working. Highly recommend the lvl 3 package if your new / intermediate (Recommend their lotion. Trust me it works, no bs.)

It's been forever since I came to a LA Tan... like 10+ years. I needed to complete a few sessions before attending a wedding coming up. Upon entry, I was greeted by a friendly front desk employee named Madeline. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and when I asked for her opinion on the right package to choose for my upcoming tans, she was informative but not pushy. Madeline made me feel like I had stepped into a LA tan salon less than 10 years ago. She ensured I walked away with protective eye gear (required now lol) and hooked me up with some lotion. She also took the time to walk me through the bed options. Each room was spotless and I can tell they keep up with cleaning. It's been forever since I tanned here, but she just made me feel really welcomed upon arrival. Customer service skills set businesses apart and she completely won me over. Thanks for making this old timer feel cool again!

I usually go to LA Tan in Glenview but I just had such a great experience at this location I felt compelled to leave a review. I got the best advice and had the most wonderful tan thanks to Aletta at the front desk who was so sweet and attentive-she really made the whole experience so lovely that I am probably going to switch to this as may go to location.Service: Tanning
