Tom Eckardt is a great sales guy! We had pleasant experience with Ed Napleton of Morton Grove. Highly recommend doing business with them!

The service department here is awful! I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Car was fine when I brought it in. Less than 10 minutes after leaving the place, my tire pressure light goes on. I go right back and they recheck the pressure and reset the computer. I leave again and the light comes on again. I check my tires and find a huge gash in the side of my tire. I bring it back and they claim they can't find a leak and there was no way they could have caused the gash. They claim they'll "check the cameras" but refuse to take responsibility for busting my tire. I could tell the person helping me knew it was BS but said there was nothing they could do. Should have known when it looked like I was pulling into a junkyard to get to the service station.

If you need a car come here, Tom Eckardt will help you get a good car at a good price! The Finance guy Miriam helped save us money by reusing our license plates, he offered extras like extended warranty but was not pushy.

I just purchased a 2021 certified Honda Pilot from the dealership. My credit is at an 830. The dealership took my trade in. 2 weeks in, it still has not been paid off. I called last week and the finance director promised to expedite the payment. I checked last night (7 days later) it has still not been paid off. I called and said that I wanted to k to the GM. A sales manager called and was saying he would ask for the check to be overnighted. I aske if he could guarantee that. He said the contract says 21 days. He called back and said that it would be overnighted but there are only 3 people who can sign for it and 1 isn't in today until 3:30. When I asked why I was promised this was supposed to happen last week and it didn't, he said that he would not be my punching back and then hung up the phone on me. Now, I am going to file a report with the BBB.

My 2023 Honda HRV was sitting in the parking lot of my school when the back rear windshield window exploded outward. No impact. School surveillance cameras show the window shattering while parked. Just exploded on its own. Overcast, cloudy, light on and off rain and roughly 60-65 degrees F outside. I used the defroster in the morning which apparently may be connected to factory malfunctioning of the rear windshield. Drove to Napleton Honda in Morton Grove in tears since I have been a loyal service customer and buyer with my previous purchase of my Accord and was turned away with no assistance offered. Been trying to reach Chris manager but no call back. Desperate to get help, I drove 56 minutes to another Honda dealership and was helped immediately. Rear windshield is being replaced by Honda. Not sure why one Honda dealership was able to help me but not Napleton Honda in Morton Grove which is 2 minutes from my home. Feeling neglected and disappointed by Napleton Honda.

on Friday, I priced my vehicle online to sell to Honda of Morton Grove. I knew I would not get the price they told me from the Kelley blue book but they made me a very fair offer. I excepted it filled out all the paperwork, and they told me I would have a check on Tuesday, possibly even Monday and the salesman said he would call me on Monday he did not so I called him on Tuesday. I could not get a hold of him until late in the day and he said oh they didn't have the check ready. I'll have it tomorrow. I'll take it by your to your house that's today I don't have the check. He told me he called me at 3 o'clock. He called at 3:30. He said he's trying to get the OK to get the check. I don't understand it. It's very simple. You give them a car a title you sign paperwork that says you're going to get a check. Where is my check? Stay tuned.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT TRUST this car dealership!! They quoted me the warranty that a used car had on a Honda Certified vehicle only to change that once we were in the dealership. Negotiated a deal, signed a contract, left a deposit, took possession of the car, drove it for 2 weeks and found that during their 180 point inspection they missed the accident damage, not repaired to the hatch, not allowing it to close properly. When we returned the car for repair we were notified that the car was not Certified as sold but had been flagged by Honda as not certifiable due to an after market tow hitch that even if removed would render it uncertifiable. How does their service department certify a vehicle with a hatch that doesn’t close and have audacity to tell me when I was dropping off the car for repair that not only was it no longer certified but did not have the 12 month 12k mile bumper to bumper warranty and was no longer eligible for the 3.99% financing??? I argued with them for 2 hours that this was breach of contract and that they needed to make good on their end. They would not give the extended power train warranty and even though I had paid more for the car since it was Honda Certified, would not come down in price!! If I walked away and they put it back on the market, they would have to charge less for it as it no longer had any warranty and wasn’t certified. They begrudgingly offered to fix the hatch, give us the financing rate and the 12 month warranty, I could only go to their dealership which was 36 miles away. Should have be able to go to any Honda dealership! They should have in good faith offered all of this without argument and bent over backwards to make it up to us. Walked out the door with a bad taste in my mouth having had the worst experience in 45 years of purchasing cars from dealerships. Bought a Certified Honda from another dealership with 2 years bumper to bumper warranty and only 13k miles same color and had an awesome experience dealing with Schaumburg Honda! They even called me the next day to see if I was happy with my new used car! Thank you Luis and Nick for giving me back my trust in a dealership!

Lukasz Sok , should not be working as a adviser, unprofessional , rude. I was ripped off $300 , instead of calling the company, warranty existed ,gen manager pocketed the money. The other gentleman Chris , rude unprofessional, should not be working in customer service. I don't understand how upper management don't see this. Think twice before you go buy a car or for service. They rip you off big times. This place should shape up thei employees. Some of them think , genera manager , Chris , Lukasz their employement should be terminated!!!!

Bought 4 tires from Castle Honda in November 2021 & later that month Napleton take over the facility. When I bought the tires I was told that the new ownership will honor the warranty on tires, but when I went for the tire issues the service department denied to honor the warranty on tires and told that I have to pay the for Tire rotation & tire replacement, which is damaged.I left couple of messages for both GM & Service manager but never received the call or any solution to this. Anyone, who has the same kind of issues with service dept. or someone advice what to do next.

My daughters first car....2022 CR-V we brought to Napleton for an issue with the 2nd key fob and radio not working. Key fobs were re programmed at a cost of 140.00...very high. The REAL issue/fraud here was the radio repair. was told by Rafael that the rear portion of the antenna was torn off and that the entire antenna would have to be replaced with the entire interior headliner needing to be removed to do so. The cost quoted was over 1300.00 with 4.8 hours of labor quoted..at 175.00 PER HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...INSANE! When I questioned this, Rafael just casually said that was what the computer said for this repair! The car was then taken to Muller Honda in Highland Park, who did the repair, replaced the antenna portion for 150.66. AND the dealer experience at Muller was 1000% better than the dirty, unprofessional environment at Napleton! This is fraud and preditory business practices which have been sent to Chris Napleton and Honda Corporation also! I hope you loose your license! THIEVES!!!STAY AWAY FORM THIS DEALER!!!! GO TO MULLER!!!

EDIT: Looking for "Napleton Honda of Morton Grove"? You've come to the right place. The Yelp page has not yet been updated. This is a review ONLY for the Service Dept. and not for the Sales team. I met with a Tom of the Sales team a month or so ago and he was polite and courteous, despite not buying a car from them and putting my name on a list for an S2000.Staff is rude, dismissive, disrespectful, and ageist. They will interrupt you at any moment they can, put words in your mouth, and refuse to allow you to ask questions about your own car and the service you are receiving on/for it. I'm glad they're now owned by Honda corporate and not an independent franchise (no wonder the later failed) because they record their own calls and an example can be made about how they treat their customers. This place is not only an exercise in patience (a virtue) but practicing one's 3Cs of staying calm, cool, and collected in the face of "I've been here since 6:30 and it's the end of my day, so I'm doing this tomorrow" anger. I didn't care who I spoke with, it didn't have to be the manager, I just wanted my problem addressed in a proper and professional manner; of which I did not receive.Be SURE to check your receipts, they charge the wrong % for tax AND for the amount of the service. I suggest getting a quote beforehand so you can have documentation and make them stick to THEIR OWN WORDS.Edit 2: they also have a listening deficiency and make me repeat myself 2-3 times. They should do what my 1st grade teacher said and "put on their listening ears".PS. Lukasz was a true professional, he's the only reason I'm giving this 2 and it 1 star. I can see why he has been with the company 14y. He needs a promotion and his coworkers can learn a thing or two and not only work as hard as he does, but take notes from him.UPDATE: FINALLY, a business with true customer service. After a misunderstand based upon price, as noted above, I spoke with the service manager Chris Cantu and not only did he explain the error and the discrepancy, but he took the time to make sure I understood it and allowed me to ask questions. While the error was neither mine nor the business's, per se, the error was that the printed price on the receipt was wrong because it was a warranty replacement versus buying a new item. Thank you, again, I'll be back, for sure.My only suggestion then is to print the warranty price of $283 and not $229.99 on the paper so that the math, when checked after the fact, works out and does not seem shady.

Unbelievably prejudiced. We went in looking to buy an SUV and will be taking our business else where after the way we were treated. Unreal!
