“I’ve been coming to JC Licht on Irving Park since I started my company, Post & Pillar, in November 2020, and I’ve received nothing but excellent service. The staff knows me when I walk in, and at this point, it feels like family.
They always give me the right advice on paint finishes and supplies, and I’ve also purchased most of my Festool equipment through them. They can order just about any Festool product you need, have it shipped directly to the store, and make the entire pickup process easy.
They’re dependable, knowledgeable, and always prompt—especially when I need materials ordered quickly for a job. I honestly can’t say anything bad about this location. They’re my go-to store, and they always take great care of me.

The item was delivered before the delivery date and the installation was awesome. The installer Alex was not only an expert but was very conscientious about cleanliness. He took his shoes off before entering my home, laid his materials on a blanket on my floor to prevent any scratching and had the installation complete in a timely manner quickly. I highly recommend them.”

From the moment we arrived, Gustavo greeted us with the biggest smile and immediately made us feel taken care of. He went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only did he help us select the correct products, but he also took the time to truly understand our business needs and got us fully set up with a professional business account.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and organization. He created a special folder specifically for the paint we used, clearly labeled so we know exactly what it’s for and which location it belongs to. “The process for getting the exact color needed for painting the exterior of my house was very quick and easy. All I had to do was bring a chip of the old paint to be scanned and minutes later I had several gallons of fresh paint. The quality of the paint is also second to none. When I ran out and needed more they had my color on file to mix another gallon. I'm definitely coming back next year for interior paint.”
