Our experience is always positive so far. We use their grooming services for our dogs last 4 groomings. They have been attentive and detailed. We purchase our dog food there as well. I would recommend them.

I had an appointment today at 4pm, I got there early enough to explain my dog's special needs which was already explained over the phone when I made the appointment, the groomer starts to tell me that my dog is going to have to be crated for a while because she still to bathe another dog and finish A cut with another dog I said okay we will wait in our car and give us a call when it's our turn she proceeded to tell me "that's not how things work here" So my dog would have to stay in a crate, wait around in a crate because you triple book yourself? and instead of being accommodating to my dog with special needs she she said I could reschedule for a different day?! Way to put pets first good job!

The employees, from the cashiers to the manager, are always extremely helpful and cheery. It's one of the few places I actually look forward to going to when I need something.

Stopped by to get my puppies pointy nails trimmed and they took her right in and did a wonderful job at a great price! Made it another nice trip for her so she will learn it isn't a bad experience. Did wonders with our previous 2 monsters!!! No more bloody scratches for a week or two! Picked up a couple treats n toys for spring break! They have almost everything you need for your pet at a good local price!
