I love this place, but I had a scadule appointment for a pedicure for 6:15 pm. I have waited more than an hour because they don’t look at who comes first and who has an appointment. My question what is the whole point of making an appointment??? If people who don’t have an appointment get served way faster ????

Not a good experience. The staff was rude, and exceptionally unprofessional (shocking personal remarks & making faces and hitting gestures behind the customer). Will not be returning.

They got me in in 5 mins. Nice lady, did good work. She shared she didn't like one of the colors I picked so recommended a diff one:) I don't live in the area but I'd return if I was out and about in Niles.

Not a good experience. The staff was rude, and exceptionally unprofessional (shocking personal remarks & making faces and hitting gestures behind the customer). They stated a lower price on the phone for no chip mani-pedi but then stated a higher price in person once the service began. Furthermore, the service was rushed and messy. Will not be returning.Service: Gel manicures
