Purchased a 2005 Paul Konerko signed baseball with their plaque, card, certificate of authenticity many moons ago. My son's favorite player. It's been in the case. We have other signed balls. So went to look at the ball and noticed the signature is severely faded. You can barely see it. Was done in pen so the ink looks like it absorbed. I called Schwartz and spoke to one member of the family who stated they could do nothing about it. All I asked was if I could get notified of Paul's future signings to get it resigned. They wouldn't help me. Not great customer service.

This site is not legit. Bought a Brady Box that was suppose to include a Tom Brady signed item. That item ended up being a beer cooler with a printed generated signature

The mystery boxes are a scam. What they value the contents of the box at, and what the rest of the world values the content at, are not even close. I bought 2 Hardwood to Hollywood EXTREME autograph mystery boxes, Series 6. Got 6 autographed items from 6 people i have never heard of. The retail value Schwartz claimed was $500. The real retail value was $250. The best item was a funko doll.

Definitely have your intems reviewed for a second Opinion. I buy a autographed bears helmet signed by the 85 bears. Turns out the helmet I bought was newer And a few of those players are deceased so unless they made them sing it from the grave it's a fake. And another key word to look for is custom it's a word they can Loosely use without getting in trouble by the Better Business Bureau
