The manager Steve treated very well when I had an issue with my tow hitch, he responded to my text message personally and coordinated. He took a look first thing in the morning and was able to identify and fix the issue.Thanks Steve and Uhaul for the great service!

This is the only Uhaul location that has never given me any problems. Jenny was courteous and took time to answer my questions and give clear directions to her team. Often times Dispatch, Corporate, App, and each Store have conflicting information but Jenny was quick to figure out what was going on from all ends and come up with a solution to make everyone happy. Thanks so much for making my move a lot easier on the Illinois side. Please give her a raise.

This location needs major help, management experience was the worst spent 2 hrs and associate still couldn't get my rental right. and there was over 7 people waiting for associates that couldn't do there jobs and had to make several calls to get help.

Made an appt. to have a hitch installed a month prior to install date. They said hitch was in stock and needed my card number to reserve that hitch. Get there at 7am on installation date and they tell me they don't have the hitch. I asked why nobody called me to tell me not to come? The employee says, "I don't know, the manager will be here soon, you can talk to him." Waited for 20 minutes..... no manager. I canceled everything and left.
