This is a great pharmacy. Always friendly and professional. Yes, they get backed up but come on their short staffed and have a lot of orders coming in. I have watched many times people just going off on them for reasons out of their control. To my Walgreens pharmacy team, you all are the best!! Keep up the hard work.

This pharmacy never open on time and never close on time always close 6:30 pm. Employee are very slow and every time make me sick. I should give them minus 5 star.

When you think of amazing customer service you should know its Jen! She is amazing! Always willing to help her own peers and customers. She always goes above and beyond to help resolve any issue no matter how long or annoying of a process it is. Give that woman a raise! Thank you so much to the pharmacy team ESPECIALLY Jen!!!

Hours listed open does not match what is listed on the website. This is a problem when I try to stay on schedule and are unable to get my prescriptions. I end up missing doses and are at put at risk.

Staff is slow to check for prescriptions sent in electronically, sometimes more than a day before they check that a provider sent in a script (I've watched the provider log these scripts and Walgreens is just not processing them.). Staff is rude, whether underpaid or overworked should not be my issue as a customer.They like to tick off refills as fast as possible, including if you missed a pickup day. Even with no "misses", it seems that the refill count always low. e.g. Prescription script says 4 refills available but when the first meds fill is performed the pharmacy shows 3 or even only 2 refills available. Good luck with that.

I order on their app and my pickups are ready in a few minutes. Very convenient. They're great at filling my prescriptions and follow ups about refills. Only complaint is sometimes there's a lack of product, but this seems to be the case with a lot of product in a lot of stores.

I am a provider and I write prescriptions, I will never write prescriptions to this pharmacy again. I was on hold for 20 minutes to see if a prescription was ready ,I got hung up on . in caIt was itIin case the prescription was readyiicase

Been going to this location for almost 3 years. UNFORTUNATELY the closest to my house, and everytime I come here I witness a bad experience of another guest, or have long delays on my families medicine. Can you please get it together behind the counter?

They need to fire that pharmacist malvika or whatever her name is. She's rude, disgusting, and very unprofessional. She acts like she owns the place. She even scams me with charging me and not my insurance. She doesn't want to work! I've contacted corporate numerous times and they do not do anything. So AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

There are some nice employees here but one of their managers, a big guy who is the manager, I think, is the absolute worse. I've witness him berating a very nice employee I've come to know. He also was rude to me when I picked up photos. He felt the need to tell me I was wrong when telling him the size of the photos. He asked, "Is it regular or large size?" We just said it was regular since we didn't order anything special like a canvas. Then he found it and talked down to us about how we were wrong about the size. So unnecessary. Please stop hiring rude people when the rest of the staff have been fairly pleasant that I've known for years.But the rating is really for the pharmacy. They are absolutely terrible at their job. Maybe they are overwhelmed or just unhappy in general. I've gone in to get prescription that said was ready then they say, "No, we don't have it.... did you want us to order it?" Of course I want you to order it! I've had to go without my prescription for over a week because they keep saying they are ordering it and to check back the next day. Every time I call, they are never sure. Literally telling me, "Well, I don't exactly know, I'm just telling you what the pharmacist is saying." Well hon, she isn't saying anything other than a vague, "check back in two days it should be hereormaybewehavetoorderitidunno." I don't care how convenient the location is. I'd rather go somewhere that will know what they're doing and how to manage customer expectations for something as important as medication.
