I been living in morton grove for 20 years and come in to this Walgreens sense , I made an appointment for vaccinations for 12 noon it is now 12:40 and after 2 attempts and let them know I have to go back to wrk here is my lunch time,MAYBE BECAUSE I LOOK LIKE ANYONE or they just dismissed a working person or may be TO HISPANICS , YOU DESIDE THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYONE BEFORE ME.This is @ THE PHARMACYIf you are a foreigners I RECOMEND YOU TO GO ELSE WHERE

Pharmacy the worse service, never answer the phone, when I finally someone answer I order my medicine 3 day ago today is not ready please change the pharmacy they don’t have good service

Evil phone system. Whether or not there are other callers queued ahead of you, if the pharmacy doesn't want to talk to you, they just put you back in the hold queue and at a 15 minute time limit your call is automatically disconnected.

I am consistency pleased with the service I receive. Service can be slow, but I feel like they are working as quickly as possible with the man power they have.

The service at Walgreens is terrible. The phone hasn't been answered since Saturday. Window inside where you pick up the prescription with just one employee with long line. Good luck if you're in the drive-through. What kind of service is this? This kind of business needs to be taken over or seems like they’re trying to be cheap to hire more help or just don’t care, especially when you're dealing with sick individuals.Walgreens is a well-known top provider for the pharmaceutical industry. I've been picking up my prescriptions for more than 12 years. With all the experiences I'm going through, this is a nightmare. They need to understand that they are dealing with some critical condition patients that require attention such as: Seizures, heart conditions, infections, respiratory problems, etc. and this store doesn't seem to care at all. Isn't it a big responsibility not to answer calls and leave the line on the line for so long and make you wait for hours not minutes?

Pharmacy is super rude. I tried calling to ask about about my medication being on backorder, and whoever was handling the phone (tech or pharmacist??) yelled at me. It was super unprofessional, especially when a patient is trying to see if there’s other options in stock. Ugh definitely moving prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Typical Walgreens selection and experience. The parking lot is large enough to accommodate an appropriate number of cars as well.

They’re overly priced for passport photographs. Poor quality photographs that ended up being rejected. Waste of money.

The Pharmacy is incredibly slow and do not care about the customers. They are rude and and will have you waiting an hour.. I tried calling for a quick question and everyone they picked up and said “ can you please hold” which is a question but instead doesn’t wait for your response and puts you on hold for an hour.. I had enough time to drive to the place and wait in line and get there in person just to let them know I’m on the phone and in person and they seem to be more than capable of answering a phone call for a minute. I see them standing around maybe have no idea what to do or just slow or don’t care about their job especially working in a field where people are expecting medication. I’m going to switch Walgreens for my medication ASAP! I only wrote this review because I’ve been in the drive thru with 4 other cars for 45 minutes! Shaking my head. This is ridiculous! If you want to waste your time come here.

I order on their app and my pickups are ready in a few minutes. Very convenient. They're great at filling my prescriptions and follow ups about refills. Only complaint is sometimes there's a lack of product, but this seems to be the case with a lot of product in a lot of stores.

Probably one of the worst pharmacy in the neighborhood. Always short staffed. It feels like an eternity when I go and pick up my medicine. I feel aged when I leave from here.

Been going to this location for almost 3 years. UNFORTUNATELY the closest to my house, and everytime I come here I witness a bad experience of another guest, or have long delays on my families medicine. Can you please get it together behind the counter?
