2-4 hours late, thurs 04/04. Demo went as expected. 2- 4 hours late Fri 04/05. Noon start. Bath walls extended 3" beyond shower soffit. 1 existing tile was broken at floor but not replaced. We had reserved many from demo. Our Trim not cut back so wall trim would reach floor. Sloppy! Wife asked him call it a day after 7:00 pm as quality was diminishing. Called noon on Sat 04/06 from Peoria ( 2.5 - 3 hr drive.) to come finish. We did not allow. 04/08 Finished as per my instruction so that I could custom make trim to my satisfaction. Did not receive diverter valve as agreed upon with sales. Horrible experience.

From the initial meeting with Daniel to the completion of the installation by Joshua, I am completely satisfied with the manner in which the work progressed and with the beautiful result obtained. It was a pleasure to work with all of the personnel at Bath Fitter. Joshua is a very knowledgeable and skilled worker, and was very polite, friendly and considerate of my concerns as he did the installation. When the work was completed, every aspect of it met or exceeded my expectations.

We couldn’t be happier with our installer, Jason. Very thorough and professional. Left the job and you wouldn’t, know he was there. Clean with a beautiful new shower install.Expained good maintenance tips as well! Highly recommend them.

The shower was installed in 2 days. The installer was very nice, and pleasant. He kept me informed on the process from start to finish. Also he asked me where I wanted him to place the shower and the hand held shower, as well as the shelves. I would highly recommend Bath Fitters to my family and friends! Mostly based on the installer but I have to give credit for the sales person who came out and went over the different deals and options. The price was very reasonable with a payment option that fit our budget. I don't think we could have afforded it if he had been a pushy salesman, trying to sell us things we didn't need, and were not needed by us.

Everything about our experience with Bath Fitter was 5-star!! From our initial meeting with the sales associate, Gregory Beeks, to all the follow up information from Crystal. Then the actual installation was top notch. Our installer Josh was amazing!!! Professional yet kind and caring, he did an great job for us. Paul, the plumber was also very professional and personable.We couldn't have asked a better experience. We will recommend Bath Fitter to everyone we talk to. Thank you so much!!

Jordan and his worker were very pleasent and were very efficient workers. The shower was finished in a day and 1 hour then next day....shower looks great and works wonderful for my husband. Have recommended bathfitters to several friends.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! My bathroom looked like a 3 year old caulked it. They brought over a broken tub liner and it took three months to come in then it was the wrong size. Dennis the head guy over there was worthless and didn't help whatsoever. Do not go through this company

I was impressed with the qualities of the company manufacturing all their own materials in the USA, the lifetime warranty (but only for us, not whoever buys the condo from us, and the price given is the price even if unexpected problems occur during installation.

High price and low quality. Installers were poorly trained and left a mess of grout everywhere. Since having the showers installed 10 months ago I've had to make three calls to the warranty department for repairs and it's at least a month before someone can come to fix anything. I would not recommend bath fitters. It might be the biggest home improvement mistake I've ever made.Services: Shower refinishing

I was not impressed with the technician who came to measure. I was very pleased with Zack who installed the shower and surround. There was at least one of the workers with Zack who talked a lot and did very little work.Services: Shower refinishing

We had the bathtub and wall enclosure replaced in the house we purchased. Bath Fitters did an extremely good job replacing both. The installer, Josh, was professional, courteous, efficient, and friendly, in addition to being on time and doing the work in record time.
