Brad was not available very much State farm dropped our car insurance because our grandson who had been living with us at the time had 4 road hazard claims my wife and I had a perfect record Brad appealed but State farm did not accept

Awesome service. They always treat you like you are a family member, and they know me by name. They are easy to work with, always on top of things, know their product and only sell me what I need. The State Farm computer systems are state of the art, I can pay online, print my own card...and people return phone calls promptly. Claims are paid promptly and often on the spot. I can't say enough about State Farm and the Brad Monroe Agency.

Everyone in this office is more than helpful. Anytime I call and have a question about something they go above and beyond. At least once a year they will call to set up an appointment to make sure we have the right coverage; not to sell us anything but to make sure we are not over spending. Recently I got a chip in my windshield. I called them to ask if this was covered or if my rates would go up. They explained to me every aspect of it. I decided I was not going to claim it on my insurance, they still offered to call around to find me the best deal. They are doing all the research work even though they are not making money off of it. I love this office!!
