Low pay, lacks organization, supervisors are lazy . No accountability, no leadership. No real benefits.

Very unorganized and a hectic place to work. My Paint Line experiences were very hectic to work but became reasonable. Until we went through 2 supervisors in less than 3 months. Working on the paint line we always struggled to keep employees there because of the way they were treated and the expectations were way to high for the low amount of employees. Oh, and if Chuck Lower is still the supervisor, i would walk right back out the door unless you expect to be treated like a slave.
