Cut me on 5 of my fingers with file realized on one and put acetone on it to "clean it" and didn't even apologize. Trash nails not even a week and two nails broke. acrylic is thin all fingers are different lengths. It was a simple acrylic set coffin nails all black

we went here as a bridal party. my sister in law went in a month before to book a time and make sure they could take us all since there would be 7 of us and confirmed the week of. we got in and they started on me and her as the rest of the party arrived. through this walk ins kept coming in and they kept accepting them. half way through our toes they just started doing someone else and we were sitting there for 20 minutes and no one was doing anything to us. two different girls wanted acrylics but they told one girl no cause there wasn't time and then just ignored the other girl. then when I got my nails done she rushed it so fast, didn't do my cuticals at all and I know for a fact didn't give My nails enough Time in the uv light. She kept snapping at me when I didn't understand what she was wanting. Then at the end she had my put my feet on a trash can at the nail table to do a second coat on my toes. one of my toes chipped the Night I got home and my nails (gel) just chipped only three days later. So disappointed as we thought this would be great for our bridal party.

It was $40 for a basic manicure and nail trim/polish on my toes. Place wasn't very clean and there was dust on yhe majority of regular polish. The service wasn't very good and it felt like their priority was up-selling and getting a good tip. Several spots on my nails were missed and the polish smeared immediately despite sitting there at least 30 minutes to dry. I will never return to this location.Services: Nail cut & filing

I can't say enough good things about this place! There are only two people working in here so unlike LeNails, it's never crowded so they are always able to keep to their appointments and it's always quiet, making it easy to relax. The people working here are very friendly too. This the only place I will come for my mani/pedis!Services: Manicure

I've been going here for maybe a year. The quality of work has gone down but the price went up. I've had nails pop up a day after getting work done. Today was the last straw for me though. I had a confirmed 4pm appointment & imagine my surprise when the person who was supposed to do my nails was a no show. Just so unprofessional. I texted the tech twice & didn't even receive the decency of an answer or apology.

Walked in and one guy from back of store said something to us. I said excuse me I’m sorry we couldn’t hear you..then another guy YELLED do u have an appointment? I said no we just need a fill? They laughed at my daughter when she asked for a design and the other guy REFUSED to do any designs on her friends nails! Just rude!!! And my daughters nails look like they already need filled again and these pics were the day of getting them done! We went elsewhere to get them fixed! The worst manicure I've ever experienced. Made an appointment with friend before her wedding to get nails done. They sat us separately and I kindly asked if we could sit next to each other. They allowed it but kept moving our chairs around which was super irritating. The nail tech I had was extremely rude and at one point snapped at me for removing my hand from the uv light. My nail tech was in a rush and didn't even finish doing my nails and left. My nails fell off two hours later.

This nail salon has two locations, and I have tried both. The one next to Pizza Hut has more chairs and some fancy pedicure options, so I recommend going there. The staff is friendly and professional, and there are lots of color options from which to choose. I usually get a power dip manicure, which typically lasts for 4 weeks. I have been very happy with their services every time!
