The drivers are amazing… however.. These people need retrained on how to handle packages. I never choose FedEx the shipper does and when they do my packages are always late. Have asked mutliple times to have pakages delivered to box next to mail box NOT my front door. I have a sign posted do not leave packages on porch so they leave it under sign. I only have trouble with drivers from Morton location.

Nothing is ever delivered on time. I ordered an expensive playground for my kids for their birthday. It was shipped in two boxes. I only received one box and it was a day late. The second box has no delivery update. Their birthday is this weekend and they won’t have their gift ready and set up in time.
