Sick and tired of their “under staffed” excuses. Can’t seem to get it together. I’ve tried to be patient with their constant screw ups. But definitely time to move on from a facility that is really not in business to serve customers.

Morton Alwan Pharmacy Staff have always helped me find the medicine I need. Their customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Called to have my prescription ordered. I don’t know if Katie was having a bad day or what the challenge was, but she was rude, short, and acted as if she did not want to give any assistance to me.. I personally will never go back to this store again I will have it transferred elsewhere

**I have seen your response, and it is laughable. I have reported your facility, and your pharmacy is being investigated for the fraud you have committed. To continue to lie and be so unprofessional and rude is shameful. On the recorded line I informed Mike that I had never received the medication the first time it was offered and even asked if it was a real offer since my child was struggling and we had wasted an hour between the thirty minute drive and thirty minute wait time in the store. If you had fully cooperated with the police you would have shown them the video footage and recording. However you chose not to as it would have shown exactly what i have said here. All of this will be proven by the investigators who are involved. Instead of handling this in a civil and sensible manner, your pharmacy chose to act in underhanded shady ways that only further show how horrible this company is.Rude and unprofessional staff that commits fraud. Claims to have given us medication for our autistic son that they never provided but have billed insurance for. We called the police and the pharmacy staff and owner refused to show police clear footage of this and have cussed me out for showing them evidence that they are being fraudulent. We will be taking it to civil court as they are impacting the well-being of my child. I hope they get shut down for all of the horrible things they see doing.

Not only sat in the drive through for 15 minutes while the employee talked the whole time to the person in the vehicle in front of me, I was then greeted by the employee ery disrespectful and rude and proceeded to talk over me the whole time. I then had an insurance cocerage question which was responded with, "figure it out on your own." Not the first or 10th time I have dealt with the rude employees and surely will not accept it any longer. They do not have medications ready when they say they will, cannot find your RX and no robo call of when your prescription is ready. We will no longer be part of this pharmacy.

we sat at the drive-thru window for 23 minutes before being seen. after being seen at the window, there was no acknowledgment of how long we had waited. it took another 10 minutes for them to get back to the window just to tell us they did not have the medication. in the meantime, there was one poor car trapped behind us and cars behind that car kept leaving to just walk inside, surely to wait in a forever long line in there as well. the lady that "took care" of us was unpleasant.

I went to Alwens yesterday to pick up a prescription and Jessica waited on me she is the ultimate customer representative for Alwans it was the best experience I've ever had with them. So I wanted to give her a shout out good job and thank you for making me feel appreciated as a customer.
