Easy to work with, and efficient on time. Quoted a couple days longer for a minor repair, but finished early which was much appreciated. Car looked great, and they even washed and cleaned it which was appreciated!

I took my truck to Morton Collision because of their reputation for professional service and high-quality body work. They exceeded every expectation!
The front desk team got me in ahead of schedule when an opening became available and kept the repair on budget, preventing the truck from being totaled. Then the body shop restored the damage along the entire driver’s side flawlessly. It looks like it never happened.

Gave me and ride to and from when my ride couldn't make it. Got the job done a day early. When I got home and found that my power door lock button wasn't working, they had me bring it back and had it repaired in less than 15 minutes.

I purchased a new Dodge Ram last year and cannot seem to keep from backing into things. I let Morton Collision know I was not going to claim on insurance and they worked with me to save me some $$. So much better than seeing my already ridiculous insurance rates go higher. Great Team!

I can’t express enough great things to say with Morton Collision! If you want it done right the first time, and in an incredible amount of time (my vehicle was completed ahead of schedule and still done flawlessly) then I wouldn’t even google any other collision repair and save yourself the time and headaches. The ladies at the front desk were kind -unlike most other repair shops in the Morton and Peoria metros (*🙄* lighthouse and caliber were rude and short, lighthouse didn’t even give me a call back)! They also give you updates through text to let you know how your car repairs are going!! Just do yourself a favor and go through this company! Thanks for the repairs!!

I went to verify an estimate, and Allen was very kind and helped out more than he needed to. Was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed. Even took the broken license plate cover off for me and answered some questions that weren't directly related to why I was there.

Top notch customer service! Can't speak more highly of this place. Had a rental car agency drop the ball on having a rental car there for me that had been already been booked. Although it was not Morton Collison Repair's fault, Jason, at the front desk rescheduled me, getting me in later that same week. When I came back at the recheduled date, the rental car agency, again failed to have a car for me. Ryan, the owner of Morton Collison Repair, personally helped one of his employees repair my car, so that it could be finished quicker and I could wait there (since I didn't have a rental car).
Customer service A++++ guys..thanks for going above and beyond!
