1st time for our lab to visit was an extended stay. Many updates and photos throughout the week were nice. Great experience and the pup slept all the way home from playing so hard

The ladies I encountered were very kind and great to our dogs. The first day I took them there, the dogs were nervous and barking at them. They showed no frustration with my dogs and were understanding and amazing with them. We got pictures and videos daily, which helped ease our minds. We picked up our happy healthy dogs with no concerns, complaints, or issues. This place is great. Lots of outside running room. I reserved them to stay here again for our vacation in the summer! Would recommend!!!

Drop off was easy, my dogs seem to enjoy there time there. The staff at pick up and drop off both friendly seem to care about my dogs and picked up on their personalities during the stay. The Morton setting is great for outdoor play!! Little pond, rock area(: They took good care of my older pup who needs daily medicine. Due to traveling problems, I had to add an extra night, which was no problem! I also appreciated the report card pictures during their stay and the discount for two dogs!! Thank you, Pine Lakes Boarding will be back!

We planned an 8 day family vacation and needed a place for our fur baby. A friend recommended Pine Lake Kennel. We were sent photos and updates daily. Our Duke enjoyed his mini vacation. ?

I always feel so guilty leaving my dog, but Pine Lake makes it so much easier because they're amazing! I love the picture updates they send to let you know how your pets are doing and how much fun they're having. I appreciate them so much!

Courtney made it so easy to drop off and pick up and the report card updates and pictures were great to see while we were away. Our pup had so much fun! We will definitely be going back!

I would highly recommend Pine Lake Kennel to anyone looking for boarding in the Peoria area. I felt reassured by the caring staff and their dedication to pet care from the moment I dropped my dog off. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and designed for comfort and play for the animals. They are quick to respond and provide photos and a report card of the visit, easing any worries I had about being away from my pet. My dog returned home happy, healthy, and clearly well-cared for. I’m grateful for the peace of mind provided by Pine Lake and will definitely be using their services again.

Our dog loves going to stay a Pine lake boarding and at pine like doggy daycare. He comes home nice and tired from playing with all of his friends!! They always take good care of our boy.

I have two dogs under the age of two. Neither has had to be boarded. I had an emergency that required I find a kennel ASAP. Their well developed web site made it easy to see their facility would be perfect. We contacted them late in the afternoon and explained our emergency and we were told to bring the dogs over. Initially I thought it would be for a couple days but ended up being a week. Every day I received photos of my dogs playing outside along with a report of how they were doing. I cant tell you how much this reduced the stress of boarding for the first time while dealing with a personal emergency. I am so happy we found this kennel. I plan on boarding my dogs there anytime I have to be away from home. Thank you for taking such good care of my furbabies.

We took our 2 dogs for the first time to Pine Lakes Dog boarding. They took great care of them, and our 2 dogs had such a great time they took more naps than usual! I would recommend to others.
