Worst place for acrylic!! If I could give 0 stars I would. My toes they did great but not acrylic nails. I got my nails done at another place and I wasn't happy & had a nail break off 2 days later. They were closed for 2 days, so I came here to get them redone. I paid $55 plus left a $15 tip. The next day my blue nails turned green!!! I went back to have them fixed and I had to wait 30 mins for the guy to come back and then he said they would turn green again so I could do another color. WTH???!! I have never ever had my nails turn another color. I asked if they used non yellowing clear acrylic and he no made it like it was the color I chose because I wanted the powder and not gel. Gel chips too easy on my hands so I always get the powder, however they never dip my nails in it, but hey everywhere is different. So since he blamed the color I chose I asked for my money back and he said that's not their policy. Who refuses to refund an unhappy customer??!! How can a company survive without customer service?? I didn't chose another color because the same thing will probably happen. I know for a fact that it wasn't the color or the fact I used powder. It was either the clear acrylic he used or the way he did them. I didn't have then take them off because I was very upset and didn't want to chance them filing my real nails too far. I will forever tell everyone not to come here for acrylics!!!

My daughter went to this location to get her nails done for Prom. Her experience was not good at all. The technician was very rough when applying her nails, to the point her hands hurt when they were done. He didn’t speak to my daughter except to ask her what she wanted and that was all. She had 3 nails fall off before prom and we had to fix them ourselves. When the rest of the nails came off, they took skin with them. THEY GLUED THE NAILS TO HER SKIN. We will not be going back to this place and I urge everyone else to stay away as well. $65 to glue nails on her skin and paint them. Ridiculous!

I went there today and the environment was awesome! The staff was friendly and actually carried a conversation with me. I love the way my nails turned out. The hand massage at the end was nice. I have never had someone do that! I will definitely be back!

I just got my nails done three days ago and they popped off! Not broken off they popped off. Horrible nail service! I waited an hour and half to get them done! Changed me $60 dollars for the color I didn’t even picked out…Service: Acrylic nails

Cut me on 5 of my fingers with file realized on one and put acetone on it to "clean it" and didn't even apologize. Trash nails not even a week and two nails broke. acrylic is thin all fingers are different lengths. It was a simple acrylic set coffin nails all black

I used this salon and 4 days later my expensive acrylics are falling right off of my nails. I should have read the reviews before coming here. They rushed through portions of my nails, only to make me wait while they worked in other walk ins before coming to finish my nails. I have never been treated so poorly at a salon and this was more expensive than anywhere else I have been.

I had the absolute worst nail experience ever. I came to this place after my work day for a full set due to my normal place being booked. It was going fine at first until my mail tech got a phone call. He took the call and it was with someone overseas trying to get money to him. He tumbled through doors looking for bank statements, check books, etc. he was on the phone for about 20 minutes with 0 attention going to my nails. He finally sat back down to put gel polish on my nails but did not hang up the phone. He continued shouting at this man on the other line and paid 0 attention to my nails. He then got mad that I couldn’t pay in cash. Fast forward TWO days and a nail broke off while folding laundry. I have never had such a terrible experience with nails and I have gone to multiple places and had my nails done millions of times. I called back when my mail came off and asked them to fix it and the man yelled at me on the phone. Such a terrible experience and an absolute waste of $60. Do NOT go here!!
