Ordered a window from here. They said it'll take 2 weeks to get in. We still don't have the window in our possession and it has been 2 1/2 months. We will not be doing business with R.P. Lumber from here on out.

We had a great experience at the Morton location. We had a unique issue and Joe was knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. So happy we chose to shop local!

We just moved over by RP Lumber and decided to stop in and take a look around since we've never been before. We were surprised to find out how much they had to offer, they pretty much have everything you could possibly need for your house. We were pleasantly surprised when we came across the area where they had some decks pre-assembled in the building so that you can see what they would look like finished. One of the salesman was there and he helped to answer some of our questions, he talked highly of the company and you could tell that he loved his job! We asked if he had something specific and stock and he said he would cut us a great deal because he had about 3,000 haha! They had some stuff up in the front of the store that they were currently running a sale on, nice to see that they do have deals from time to time as I am bargain hunter! I especially liked the kitchen area and how they had countertops swatches. Always nice to see all the different options that are available and it's also nice to see people enjoying their job and being helpful at what they do! Good job R P Lumber will be back to visit soon!

They do not have place to park overnight, of course. Closest place is AM Best truck stop few miles away. No mater when you'll show up to deliver, expect to wait few hours for them to get to you. I give two stars for not waiting past afternoon to get outta here.

The service I have experienced has been really good. The quality is not the greatest. I had over $600 of lumber delivered to me and some of the 2x4's were visibly splitting in places. The prices are competitive with others in the area.

More catered towards contractors and people who are in the construction business but the average consumer can shop here too. Always had a good experience, good lumber/concrete, and close/convenient. Hours are a little more limited than your big box hardware store but that is to be expected.

Not recommended unless you want to waste your time and your contractors time (that you are paying for). I recently order new windows for the entire house. I was not notified when the windows were received in the local store's warehouse for delivery to my home. I needed to know to schedule with the contractor. I finally stopped in on a Saturday morning (about 2 weeks after I was told to expect them to be in) and asked. I was told the windows were in and they were sorry nobody let me know, "That happens sometimes" I was told. I contacted the contractor installing the windows and found out he was tied up on another job so I would have to wait. Okay. When it was time to install the windows they were to deliver everything to my house. I assumed they had delivered everything. Nope. There were no screens. I went to the store and asked about the screens. They went to the warehouse and looked. Yep, they still had my screens, not delivered. I had to fit them all in my car. I went home thinking that was all. When the contractor went to install the bow window there were no seat boards (it finishes off the inside) they are part of the window unit. He went to the store, they looked in their warehouse and found them, again not delivered. What kind of warehouse system do they use? Apparently none. When it was time to install the trim on the inside, the extension jams were missing (also needed to finish off the window and part a normal installation). The contractor went back to the store. They never ordered them. Seriously!!! Do your job.
