They have me under contract and still harass me with emails and calls when I’m even slightly late, never exceeding 30 days. This month, during the routine harassment they asked me to please remove my Google review. I said I didn’t recall exactly what I wrote, so I came back here to read it. It’s exactly what happened. No exaggeration. I am still heartbroken that my originally $80 unit is now almost $200/mo, and that when I’m late even 2 weeks, they threaten to auction my belongings I’ve paid them now thousands to protect. I begged, like truly begged and all they waived was $35 in late fees, and after a couple months of literally crying to the manager, they took my rate down to $175. DOWN… to $175. From $80 😅 because when I was even days late my dues were $236 a month. 😨😨😨😨 doesn’t make sense does it? Sound like robbery? Sound crooked? They are and it is! Don’t let them swindle you into a contract. Now it’s winter and I’m stuck. 😭😭😭

Unbelievably disappointed. After only 6 months they raised my rates over double the original price. $80 to $175. I have paid every month for the last year at the new rate. I was 20 days late on this months payment, and they’re saying unless I pay $553.00 by next week, they’ll auction my unit.
I can prove every detail of what I’ve stated here. Truly horrendous and manipulative company. To treat humans that way as a storage company is truly disgusting. I have never not paid my monthly dues, $500 for not even 30 days late is extortion. I hope someone files a class action suit soon. My hearts truly broken :(

This is my first time renting here. I stopped by before I rented. Mostly to see if the size was what we needed, as we were moving things from a 4 bdrm 3 bath house. There is no office there, but Don was there! He answered all my questions, showed me how to rent on the website and that there was an office about 20 minutes away if I needed anything else. After I rented I ran into Don again and he helped by answering more of my questions. Don is knowledgeable, personable and professional. I would recommend this storage facility because of him alone! He really cares about the customers. But the price is great and the location off the freeway was awesome too. Having Don there was an A+ Thanks again Don!😃
