Some of the attendants are not friendly at all. Especially this new lady they just hired not too long ago. I don’t expect them to be in my face the whole time I’m doing laundry, but at least acknowledge me when I walk into the building. A simple “hello” is not hard.

First of all if it’s a modern laundromat why no pods! Just about all you can buy anymore! Don’t like the card system either!!!! No seats on one side of the laundry mat . Won’t be back!

Clean place but bring your bank book too expensive 40 cents to dry for 5 minutes $3.10 to wash and the big washer $10 easy fifty dollars to wash won't be back

It's a very clean and beautiful laundromat to be honest. The reason I docked a star was because they push Christianity really hard there. There's lots of Christian propaganda everywhere which I just don't think is necessary at a laundromat. Makes sense that it's in Morton tho.

Extremely clean place. The machines operate on a card so you don't need to bring rolls of quarters! All the machines work really well.

We came in to do our laundry on 3/12/23. Customers were very upset to see no attendant. We have came to this laundromat for over a year. Customers were needing help trying to get a new laundry card they asked us and we helped. Customers were trying to drop off laundry and there was no staff to help. A customer soda was stuck in the vending machine and 2 other customers put money in trying to get the soda out. Your laundromat used to be fully staffed but now you have new management who locks the door closes to Jefferson around 6:00 pm and who does not care if you’re laundromat is staffed or not. You need to staff your laundromat with your excellent employees that worked here before this new management took over. Customers said they will go elsewhere if this continues.

This laundrymat is perfection! Recommended by a camper at Kentuckiana, we had no idea how great it was until we arrived. Clean bright and beautiful. LOTS of positives including a very friendly person to help you, tables or couches to sit at with free wi-fi and power, a well appropriated vending/drink machine, Keurig coffee, laundry card so you can use you credit/debit card (no more quarters!), TVs, all sizes of washers, and all for a great price! Would love to give 10 stars!

Best laundromat ever! There is always an attendant working. She wiped out my washers and helped me load up the car when I was finished. Enjoy the people I meet in there.

We took over a good portion of the laundromat for our marching band uniform washing day - the facility was very clean and the service was excellent. We will be back, thank you!
