My husband & went there for passport appointments this morning and we had an absolutely fantastic experience. Megan was super nice and knowledgeable and got both of us done in less than 20 mins.

What a seamless and phenomenal experience. Location was clean and well laid-out. Employees were friendly and welcoming. Went in for a passport application process and photo and was in and out of there in under 10 minutes.

This was my first time visiting the Morton post office since moving into my new home 7 minutes away from it. It was really nice and found it to be somewhat similar to the one in Peoria. I will definitely be using this one much more often since it's closer to my new house!

They are complete jerks at this post office. 10min late for a passport appointment and they tell me 5min window. Are you fing kidding me. Take off work rush over as fast as I can and they tell me no reschedule.

I made an appointment for my mom online to get her passport, and this is the second time she has come in where they have said that she does not have an appointment, even though I have scheduled this twice. The people here act like getting a passport is going to take their entire day, it doesn't. It quite literally takes no more than 15 minutes to sign a piece of paper and pay.

This place is the worst. Called me the morning of my passport appointment to say they can't get me in when I had made that appointment a week ago. I work so its extremely hard for me to find the time to go in. It's really frustrating especially when I have a trip coming up, so I need it soon.
