They are complete jerks at this post office. 10min late for a passport appointment and they tell me 5min window. Are you fing kidding me. Take off work rush over as fast as I can and they tell me no reschedule.

I made an appointment for my mom online to get her passport, and this is the second time she has come in where they have said that she does not have an appointment, even though I have scheduled this twice. The people here act like getting a passport is going to take their entire day, it doesn't. It quite literally takes no more than 15 minutes to sign a piece of paper and pay.

Came here the other day to get my first passport, and the cashier who attended me was patient and friendly with the whole process.

This place is the worst. Called me the morning of my passport appointment to say they can't get me in when I had made that appointment a week ago. I work so its extremely hard for me to find the time to go in. It's really frustrating especially when I have a trip coming up, so I need it soon.

This post office has the nicest staff. Elaine is really helpful and I appreciate her hard work and how she is always happy and smiling even when someone is being difficult. She is amazing!!!

Had a great experience renewing my passport, the employee who assisted us was knowledgeable, kind and patient with us although there was a long line behind us. I appreciated that she took the time to answer questions and make sure everything was filled out correctly.

The mail carrier left a package beside the mail box which is across the street from my house instead of putting it on the door step. The package was marked with Amazon all over it and could have easily been taken by anyone. If a package doesn't fit in the mail box then it should be placed on the door step not out where it can be easily stollen.

I never write reviews, but I am today. My husband and I moved out of state this summer and filled out the change of address cards, dropped them off to a teller a week before our move. I stopped in to check on the progress of the address change and they had lost the cards. I filled them out a second time, trusting they would take care of it this time. I was wrong. Today, the day before Thanksgiving, I found out they never processed the second set. I've lived in Morton for 29 years and always trusted our post office. However, the incompetence and the "sorry about your luck" attitude I received from the postmaster leaves a very bad impression.

Our post office is horrible! I send cards, Bill's, etc and people never receive the payment or cards. Post says to send it with a tracking number! This has happened multiple times to me and my neighbors! And they cant do anything about it! Also, the mail that I have sent never get returned! So where is it.?? I could understand if it happened occasionally but it doesn't. Horrible post office we have!!
