“The employees have always been friendly and helpful. This is a smaller USPS, but I rarely have to wait long (I do try to avoid the hours of 3-5). It's a no-nonsense trip - the staff helps you get what you need and be on your way; very efficient staff response. Very clean, (dated, but gives you that historical Chillicothe feel).I once had live chicks delivered here, and although they were late in their arrival (not because of Chilli USPS), the workers were on top of calling me the moment they arrived, even after hours. This location truly cares about the community it serves.”
“I have no issues at the post office. I witnessed the lady tonight almost 6 o'clock. There was a couple who spoke Spanish. She whipped out her phone and it translated for her on the screen. Great job! I was impressed, and it seems like nothing was lost in translation.”

“How could anyone give the Dunlap Post Office a negative review? If you call the (309) number, you get a human. They routinely hold my mom's mail so I've talked to them a few times. They are very helpful.”
